Card could not be used. The cost of the card was wasted.

I was not able to use our one4all card at Cracker Barrel. The restaurant manager couldn't figure it out either. I tried the One4all website and their customer service phone number and got nowhere. While on the phone, as soon as I explained that the card did not work, I was put on hold, and after 3 or 4 minutes of loud terrible music, the line went dead.

I agree that this company is a scam

I agree that this company is a scam. I received the gift card which advertised it could be used at H&M home and FonQ. Subsequently since trying to use it, you are now no longer allowed to use it in these brands. I called the customer service and they told me they are allowed to change the companies they work with as and when they choose. This is false advertising. Do not buy a gift card from them.

This card is a scam company - NEEDS TO BE BANNED IN EU

This card is a scam company. Please do not gift anyone this card neither accept this from anyone

someone gifted me a card for €300 and I can’t use it anywhere because most websites are not accepting the visa debit card kind of feature it is giving

secondly there is the limit of €50 which they don’t tell anyone but the transaction keeps failing.

Thirdly the card is made of paper so in the store since it was slightly crumpled they’re not able to scan it also so it’s a complete waste of money

it’s been six months since someone gifted to me so I can’t do anything with it.

There is no customer service as well. I wonder how is this company allowed to operate in Europe?

This is a scam , a big-time scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Got this as a gift and oh what a nightmare! I've unsuccessfully tried using this voucher to make purchases after following the instructions to the letter. I even tried multiple stores and nothing.

Then I come here and see the bad reviews all around and as I am thinking that all this is a very elaborate scam, I see the option to swap the card within one4all to a store-specific gift card. I decided to give it a try and it finally worked!

This does not make the gift card not terrible though: the whole website is confusing, the steps seem made to steal personal information, the instructions seem clear but do not work in practice. It just seems they make everything purposefully difficult and confusing to keep the money that people get too angry to try and spend...

I hope I get contacted very soon to solve this issue

Bad webshop instructions

It’s really inconvenient that One4all has different types of gift cards, such as Fashion, Wonen, and one without a category. If you happen to buy the wrong gift card, they cannot help you correct it. They also have no managers with more decision-making authority, and customer service keeps repeating that everything is clearly stated on the website and that I should have checked it myself.

scam/ personal data at risk

I received a €20 One4all gift card for my birthday, but I’ve had a lot of trouble trying to use it. It took me quite a while to understand how it all works, and when I downloaded the app to add the card (since using it online with the code didn’t work), I was surprised to find there’s a €50 minimum spend. Even then, I haven’t been able to make a successful purchase with it.

Eventually, I considered just letting go of the €20, but when I tried to delete my account, I found there was no way to do so through the website or the app. I contacted support through the form and later via email, but haven’t received any reply.

I’ve decided to keep pursuing the deletion of my personal data. At this point, it’s no longer about the €20 gift card—it's about making sure that my personal information, such as my date of birth, isn’t reused or sold. I’ve sent another email to the company requesting the deletion of my account and all associated data.

If I don’t receive a response or see action taken, I will escalate the matter by contacting the Consumer Protection Agency in the Netherlands. It’s a matter of principle now. While the poor experience with the gift card and the 200+ negative reviews on Trustpilot are concerning, the potential mishandling of consumers' personal data is a much more serious issue.

Voucher doesn’t work

Received a voucher as a gift and I’m trying to exchange it on one of your “partners” websites however it doesn’t work. Rituals is listed as one of the companies where you can spend the voucher by simply selecting visa as a payment method and filling in the details. I filled in the details 5 times however it keeps telling me “an error has occurred”.

Scammers! Cannot use the card with shops they say are supported!

Scammers! It cannot be used for Spotify since 2019 but on their website it still says it can! I emailed them and they did not care. It is still there saying that 6 months later. So i tried Metpets instead. And how surprising! I cannot use the card for Metpets either! I wonder where the F i CAN pay with with this card??? Their site sure is full of lies! reported them by the AMC. They don't care either.... Funded by taxpayermoney...

Completely useless card

Completely useless card. Have a saldo of 25 Euros and keep trying on various shops (Zalando, Wehkamp etc.) and it tells me every time that I should try later again.

My saldo is 25 Euros and on the "one4all" page it says that some stores require a 50 Euro limit (but it does not say which shops) and on top of it, it says that some shops (also not sure which ones) do not allow to top up if you select something more expensive. So I am left puzzled if the card is now not working because I chose something below 50 Euros (because I am not allowed to top it up) or if it fails because I chose something above my 25 Euro saldo and cannot top it up

So it feels like these 25 Euros will go unused forever.

Everyone reading this: Do NOT buy this card ever for anyone

Regarding the €50.00 limit you mentioned, this is actually the maximum amount that can be spent in a single online transaction since January 10th, 2020, due to EU regulations under the 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive. All businesses within the EU that issue gift cards must comply with this regulation.

Not able to purchase because value does not exceed costs of product

Not possible to pay with the card if the current debit on the card exceeds the value of the product of interest. Meaning, you'll always lose money unless it's the exact value remaining on the card.

Just tell the cashier how much is left on the card (you can check your remaining balance 24/7 from our website), they will process that amount on the till. The remaining amount left to pay for the product can be done through alternative payment options such as Credit card/cash etc.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever...I got a cadeau card of 50 euros, charged it on my apple wallet, went to several shops and always said there was no credit on the card. I have never used it so 50 euros waisted...we tried to reach the custumer service several times and never got any reply...what a scam!

Do not buy

As soon as you put money on the card, they begin taking it from you as "management fees" month on month until there is nothing left.

It's a scam.

Pathetic customer service.

Pathetic customer service.
I had received 100 euros card from a friend, and i used only 50 euros from it & the card is lost.
I have the original proof of purchase & the order number of the earlier purchase from same card.

On their website, its mentioned that they need either card number OR original proof of purchase, still they are refusing to help!!
It seems they deliberately don't want to help!!
