I was given this card as a gift...it…

I was given this card as a gift...it seems that it's very hard to actually spend the money because - not accepted. The site says NEXT ...they say Absolutely not... can't be added to Amazon, can't use it to get another gift card...I actually told the assistant in NEXT that I might as well chuck it in the bin.

Awful can't use at argos or bnq and neither seem to be able to explain why. Wasted my time driving around stores and can't even use online. Total waste don't bother

Going round cycle with email damage, faulty one4all gift card.

The card got damage when i opened it, email the one4all customer service 8 times, same email they they reply ref,name, address, submit form , the submit form has errors, so cant submit, email explained agan, ask again, name, ref, details, like a yoyo going round circle. Stiil no refund from 30 gift card. Better just give cash for gift not at one4all. Still no no refund.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

SCAM! Got given a One4all gift card worth £30 on my birthday. Made an account, added it to the balance. Go back on the app and it is gone. Call the helpline which is an automated call who tells you nothing. Birthday meal ruined!

To send a digital gift card, please log into your account on www.one4all.com and select My Gift cards in the top right corner if on PC, if on a mobile device you will be able to find this option by selecting the three lines in the top left corner.

Here, you will have the option to Spend and Send a Digital gift card. Select Send. You will now be able to customise the gift card and send it to the intended recipient.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!

i honestly don’t know how they’re getting away with this - they make it so difficult to use, hoping you give up, then start charging you for not using it, stealing your money. it’s disgraceful and disgusting. tried removing the silver strip on the back to get the CVV/expiry date and it peeled right off, making the details unreadable and rendering it impossible to use. even then, i wouldn’t be able to use it because i wanted to buy something more expensive than the amount on the card, but it won’t let me use it because it’s treated as a “debit card” so i’d have to find something for the exact amount as you can’t use 2 debit cards on most websites. and i’ve seen all their replies on here, they blame it on the individual retailer who “don’t take more than 1 debit cards” - YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOURE DOING. otherwise why wouldn’t they just make it a normal gift card???

I tried using the card at smiggles.

I tried using the card at smiggles.. it didn't work. I tried isotopes it at office works.. it didn't work. I tried adding it to gpay and it didn't work. I checked and there's $30 balance but I can't seem to use it

Management Fees... outrageous

I was gifted two cards by students at school. The cards were misplaced and were found some time later.
Tried to check online what the value of the balance was on the cards only to find the balance was zero. When looking at the transaction history I was horrified to see that the total value of £35.00 had been deducted for numerous management fees. What management is required for TWO cards? The cards were bought from you by others, gifted and you've now taken the money for yourselves. Looks like a con to me. One4all you should be ashamed of yourselves! At least you've save me the shame of trying to use them only to be refused.
Even one star is too much.

Furious

I bought a gift card for my son to use when shopping with his friends for his birthday tomorrow. Signed in online, fine. Recorded the card on my account. Went to the app so I could download on my wallet and it decided to lock me out even though it was the same log in details I used only a minute beforehand. I have been told I’m locked out for 24 hours and now my son cannot spend the funds on his special day. Really terrible service and wish I’d just given him cash.

The card in poor condition

The card in poor condition, and the overall quality is extremely disappointing. Upon removing the sticker, the numbers completely washed off, making the card unusable. To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach their support team for assistance . when I try to send an email, it fails to go through. Impossible to spend online

Impossible to spend. You have to use it like a debit card meaning you can't spend more than the balance because you can't use multiple payment cards online! Nightmare when you have a disability and struggle to actually get to the shops

When spending online the balance of the gift card must cover the full transaction cost as most retailers do not have an option online to add another card
You can use this as part payment instore simply tell the cashier the value on your card and they can swipe this through, and you can pay the balance. Most retailers can accept up to three forms of payment, but it does depend on each individual retailer if part payment is accepted.

Ordered an email gift card

Ordered an email gift card. I received the card but discovered there was no PIN so it's not usable. I have notified the vendor so they can take legal action for fraud. DON'T BE TRICKED INTO BUYING ONE4ALL gift cards.

I received this card 2/4/2026, I have not been able to use I picked door dash unfortunately & have not been able to use Door says they don't accept one4all cards, even though it is listed as an option. one4all says they can't help refund the money & doordash they don't accept one4all & they accepted it . please don't use use this gift card, then customer service is horrible, can't understand their english! so frustrated!

If you are spending your gift card in-store, use the card as you would do with a regular Visa credit or debit card and not as a gift card.

If spending online, follow these steps:

▪ In payment options at the checkout, select 'Visa' or 'Visa Debit Card'.
▪ Use the 16-digit card number located on the front or back of the card.
▪ If located on the front of the card, your Valid Thru will appear here. If located on the back of the card, your Valid Thru will appear behind the silver panel on the back of the card.
▪ Find the CVV2 number along with the expiry date behind the silver panel on the back of the card.
▪ Use your name and address for Billing Details/name on the card.
▪ Complete checkout

What a faff...

What a faff.... ordered a digital card to gift... it kept failing when cutting and pasting details to order... had to type everything out. then it took 10 or more attempts to transfer the card, wouldn't accept phone numbers etc etc.... crap.

Complex and difficult to spend

Complex and difficult to spend - many stores appear not to accept unless you transfer the balance over to another payment format. The amount you spend must be exact or under. Splitting payments between this and your own card does not really seem to be an option either
