A SURE 5 star GPS for elite ⚽️ players

Very good produkt! My son loves it - and a few of the players on my team are also very satisfied with it after i recomended it to them! It helps a lot with getting faster and very cool with the tracking map where you can see exactly where on the field you been running! A sure 5 star GPS for elite soccer players! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Unfortunately, the software of Catapult One and synchronization applications have failed to function properly on three different devices, and the GPS tracking does not accurately record training sessions, rendering the product unusable for intended purposes because of these malfunctions.

Their 30 day return policy is only for individual purchases and not for businesses, which is very misleading, since the 30 day return policy is on their website and it doesn't state limitations on the website.

There is no real intention to give us value for the product, it is unfortunate to see that greed wins over a long-term client satisfaction strategy.

Watch out!! Steer clear.

Watch out!!!
‘Bought’ one of these two years ago, initially expensive for the unit and a years subscription. Renewal expensive, but information and functionality good.
This year my son joined a team that has trackers as standard for all players, so the device is redundant.
I wrote to catapault asking advice on selling, received this
‘ After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we will no longer offer Catapult One Individual for sale. As each pod must be accompanied by an active Catapult One subscription, it will not be possible to move the device onto another user.’

The £200+ for initial purchase then £200 for annual subscription is expensive with no resale value it’s not as if the device is yours in the eyes of the company.

Other options are available, go there.

Nothing wrong with device, stats are interesting enough, company policy is not consumer friendly.

Will steer away in future, suggest you do same

Buy an Apex from Stat Sports

This company and product was amazing up until Covid and then they became money obsessed idiots when they changed ownership over the pandemic period.

Awful Subscription model that put off any new customers and current customers from referring people. And the 'lifetime' loyalty we were promised when the model changed to subscription to prevent original users was not honoured and they are now refusing to even sell me a replacement vest to continue using the service instead trying to get me to buy a 'Team Package'.

Wasted my time with several emails back and forth without any answers, before finally telling me I am not covered by their policy anymore so will not help me.

Bear in mind I have previously worked with them since Day 1 of launch, been a user from Playertek, to Playr Smart Coach, to Catapult one. And even written blogs for their website about my experiences with the app being positive in the early stages.

In Short, don't waste your time. Buy a Stat Sports Apex (Better model, less cost, and more statistics) and leave this garbage company to fester in their own greed.

Worst support ever...

Worst support ever.
Had Playertek Pod and used mobile app to view sync sessions..Stopped working and was told by support to uninstall Playertek and reinstall new Catapult app. Once I completed this (and 20 odd emails later) I was advised that it was discontinued and the new Catapult app (they asked me to install) wouldn't support my pod. Absolutely shocking experience so far.

I have had the pod for about 4 years…

I have had the pod for about 4 years now and in that time I have gotten 3-4 new pods and about 6-7 vests as neither one has the capacity to last I have even taken 3 vests to get altered so the Velcro works again.
This last pod I got was in may 2024 and right from the start the battery level drops over 45% using it only 90 min and yes you guessed it now in August 2024 and the pod is once again not syncing with app again
I have over 400 emails approximately sent over the last 4 years. Last replacement I was told they will not be replacing anymore. What they don’t understand is that under the fair training act an item even out of warranty is still required to be working over a reasonable amount of time. I would be more than happy to speak to someone with knowledge regarding all these issues over so many years

HORRENDOUS, DON'T BUY THIS SCAM!!

Horrendous, a glorified bra for my boy, can't sync sessions, have spent countless nights trying to sync, once sessions randomly appeared.

No guide on how to use this pod at all, give you a little book with nothing on it, had to delve the depths of the internet, still don't know how to use it.

Support is terrible, do not buy this garbage product!! Waste of my time.

P.s bought this as a tester to sponsor a team with, guess I'll go to player data, wish I did in the first place!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I recently bought a new version Catapult One. I gave a two star review on Trust Pilot after trying it for two weeks. The device was not recording the sessions (despite it being connected to the satellite correctly) It's been a few weeks now and it's only recorded two out of the last six sessions. Terribly unreliable products. If I could give it minus 5 stars I would.
The most annoying thing is that these lost sessions can not be retrieved as the games can't be replayed.

3rd Faulty pod

As you can see from all the other one star reviews there’s an issue with the old pods and connecting to the memberships and phone, you do get help but takes 24hours or longer. Seem to going round in circles keeps explains myself and sending proof, I have asked to not be sent the original pod again as they are faulty I’m on the third and have only managed to use it 3 times since last year.

I do not want to be contacted saying we will look into it I either was the new version of the pod or a refund

Been trying to get support to solve an issue since March - 4 months ago!

Used the Catapult-one pod pre-covid in a 6th form school setting. Came to use after the lockdowns and couldn't log on, wouldn't work.
Have genuinely been trying since March to sort the issue. As previous review suggests, you can't have a phone conversation with the support team. You get IT support tickets back and forth and the staff are different each time. I have a thread of emails that is ridiculously long and the issue still isn't solved.
I am very competitive and determined to sort this issue for the benefit of our students - after all, that's why it was purchased in the first place!
I really would like a phone call from someone who can offer live support from this company.

Outstanding post sales service

Devices can fail sometime. People can make mistakes, no doubt about it, but when these things happen, the most important thing is having an outstanding CRC or post-sales service. I have not faced a service like this in my life. Follow-ups, communication, orientation to client...congratulations!!

Rubbish product

Rubbish product. Don’t buy it. Nothing but problems syncing sessions. Second pod that doesn’t work properly. App is not user friendly either and hard to figure out where to go. Very fast response to be fair from customer service but they won’t speak on the phone so you have to send numerous emails back and forth which again is pour service. Also different agents respond every time which prevents any rapport with customers. Customer service boss in this company is in the wrong job

Great Support

Great Support, but sadly the product never worked for us!
We tried several times but we could not charge, I would have preferred a telephone call but the support team helped resolve a very frustrating issue.
