This product is rubbish it needs support all over as it soon sags badly and I have just found out that after just a few years it has rotted and is breaking apart. I now have to replace all of it.
Do not use it as you will soon be replacing it.

I tried to save some money when installing under-deck roofing so I purchased ten of these vinyl panels. Easy/quick to install but did not last long. A couple of the panels buckled after a few months. Now, I have to purchase something else to replace them. I contacted their support team but no help at all. Stay AWAY from this product.

I used Onduline classic corrugated roofing to roof a shed. I ordered most of the materials from Wickes (for free delivery) but they didn't have some parts so had to order them direct. After ordering, I then checked Trustpilot and was worried when I saw the average rating of 2.6 (from 4 reviews). However, the materials arrived the next day!

Overall, I like the Classic corrugated roofing. All the sheets, etc are fairly uniform and the universal screws are good. However, I don't like the verging system using the verge pieces. They look like hip tiles/pieces and they are so big that they don't look good. For a comparison, Corrapol have quite a neat looking verge system for their corrugated roofing. I removed a star for the verge!

Depressing customer support. Bought some supplies 10 days ago from Wickes, to be delivered directly from Onduline. Still haven't received the products or a single email or any form of communication from this company.

I called Onduline yesterday and they gave me a phone number from someone who never picked up the phone.

Wickes says they are still waiting for feedback from them...

For such a large company an extremely poor webpage, it let me add products put in my delivery postcode as i added goods the cost of shipping adjusted accordingly. I checked out , paid received an order confirmation. 3 days later an email to say sorry we dont ship to your location and its been refunded, they never even offered an alternative shipping company or cost. A booked job delayed , customer had wanted the onduline roof windows, they sent me to their local suppliers none stock the windows and none would order it from them. Most told me to change brands as they could not deal with this company

I ordered two Onduline skylight windows to fit into my onduline cabin roof. I asked I advance for installation instructions, and was sent a pdf of a manual supposedly covering all Onduline products. This seems to be under constant revision, as it's one of several I've seen since I purchased onduline roofing sheets. It contains only vague instructions for installing the skylight, but I hoped for more detailed instructions
when the product arrived. Sure enough, there was a leaflet in the box giving such instructions. But it had two rather obscured small B&W photos which are too unclear to be useful. More importantly, none of the instructions are in English, only German & French. I asked for English instructions but two weeks later have still received no response. Given that the 15 year warranty on the Onduline roofing sheets is contingent on correct installation, it seems very unreasonable for the manufacturer not to include adequate installation instructions for a component designed to be integrated into the roofing structure. Basically, once you've bought their products, you're on your own

I love the quality of the Onduline classic roof and the fixings. It's transformed our shed in to a robust, water tight fixture and looks really smart too. Very impressed.
