Good Product. Service question (reset license because of new laptop) unfortunately took 2 emails (week in between) before response. But then it was handled quickly.

I have a license for Ondesoft Apple Music Converter. When I bought a new Mac, I couldn't deactivate the license, which is only for one computer, so I could get it activated on the new machine. I contacted Ondesoft and they immediately reset the activation code so that it could be used on the new computer. Excellent customer service!

Easy to use, it uses the already familiar Apple Music interface. Support has been great as well. For anyone needing to learn songs, getting the mp3 is a must so you can use other apps like Anytune to slow it down and change keys. As a singer/guitar player this is a key cog in my work flow to learn any song.

I bought audible audio software several years ago. Ondesoft recently provided me with a new registration code that allowed me to reinstall and use their software. Excellent service

I needed a registration code for full activation of product and they were very quick to respond with said code. Very polite, helpful and resolved issue perfectly!

Had a password issue after an update, tech support was prompt in response and gave great assistance to resolve the issue. Software works great also, but I was very surprised and impressed with the level of support provided.

The iTunes converter has served me well for many years, Ondesoft make fantastic software and clearly strive to make their products better all the time - which is reassuring when buying a lifetime pass to something. I upgrade my macs often so occasionally I need some password help if I’ve exceeded my registrations but the customer service sort it out with no issues. First class customer service every time. I’m in the U.K. so the time difference typically means the problem is solved within a few hours taking into account I guess their working hours or mine. It’s always fast enough for me to be impressed with! A great company - I have a ton of faith in their products and service after 5 years of being a customer.

I don't get all the poor reviews, I've used it a couple years and been very happy with the product. It's always worked flawlessly for me, and when I needed to transfer the key to a replacement PC, tech support was quick about helping.
