service depends upon the driver you get

My first experience of Oncue was very mixed and overall disappointing. The trip to hospital was a farce and ended up being aborted due to them being late amd arriving after my appointment time. Unfortunately I had to chase up Oncue to see where the driver was as they failed to make the madatory call to the patient to keep everyone informed of eta etc. Totally unprofessional.

The return trip from Oncue was completely opposite. They arrived on time and a really pleasant and chatting driver to me home. This was a joy after the treatment I had.

I would give the return trip 5 stars, but the inward trip zero stars.

Stay away from Oncue.Uk

I am not happy to write this review, but I have to. As a self-employed driver, stay away from this company. They pay very low wages. I worked a couple of days from 5:45 AM to 10:20 PM without a break, earning £150 a day for 16 hours' work. This is illegal in every way. The police should force the company to monitor their drivers' driving times because many, if not most, of them drive while very tired. Absolutely all rules and laws are violated by this company. If you want to quit, they invent "damages" that you didn't cause just to withhold your money, which is already very little. There is a lot more to say, but I hope the right people see my review. #police

Transport to hospital by Mo Sufi

We were picked up by Mo Sufi. He arrived on time and was pleasant and courteous. On arriving at the hospital, he gave me his telephone no with the advice to phone him when the appointment was over. I did this; he answered and was soon there to pick us up.
On the way back, he had to transport another patient. She was elderly and rather disabled. He was very helpful with her, getting her in the vehicle and helping her to her residence, a mobile home wihich was rather hard to find. He then drove us smoothly home.
It was a good experience.

Nafisat customer skills are fantastic

Nafisat customer skills are fantastic. On the 4th September 2025 at 11pm from St. Charles Hospital. She calmly and professionally executed her job. Her work ethics are impressive and commendable. I highly recommend Nafisat.

Nhs uk dont care about reviews

On cue appears to be a software company in usa, but most complaints here including mine are for One cue Ambulance who strangely cant be found on Trust pilot uk

Awful experience. I just had kidney removed in London, and then had 160 mile journey. Within first ten mins, driver, in football top, said many patients are racist and was there diversity where I lived?!!? I just wanted to get home. He kept ringing all his pals about a disciplinary he was due to have..seeking all their opinions. I wanted to sleep. Red bull in one hand..phone in other..and driving...

I never will travel that way again

P.s. is there no wat you guys at Trust pilot can let the other reviewers in uk that they have posted on wrong site??? Here?

Horrendous wait time

My mother was due to be picked up by on cue and returned home after a 9 week hospital stay. She is still quite poorly, she was left sitting in the transport lounge waiting for 4 hours, her pick up time between 4-5. She did not arrive home until 9pm. By this time she was in so much pain from sitting in a wheelchair all those hours.

Cramped and Unhygienic

Every vehicle owned by the company is the same tiny van, it is incredibly unhygienic to shove five patients into one. I now also have a cold as the driver was ill and not wearing a mask. The entire experience was cramped and triggered both my anxiety and aspergers, leading to a panic attack once I reached the hospital. I ended up taking a taxi home that day to avoid this company. Patients other than myself also had trouble getting in/out of the vehicle as they have no steps or mobility aids, the person sat behind the driver also complained that her legs were squashed as the driver had his seat pushed too far back.

This is another review with onecue…

This is another review with onecue transport. But before I give this review. I have one black mark a driver that was suppose to turn up never did when my partner was due for any operation. But today driver waited for us. And kind and attentive and cared for my partners needs. Thank you syned

Not a good company

They act as if they are the one collecting your payments .Read the fine print .Support is no good hard to get anyone on the phone. THEY WILL SEND YOU A 1099 AS IF YOUR THEIR SUBCONTRACTOR.Every penny you give them in processing fees they count towards your revenue.They are trash
