Happy the order and the progress done from placing the order to the delivery.

Order a pair of Ski Gloves on the 4th December 2022, still waiting two and half weeks later. Asked for a delivery date, no response. Asked for tracking information twice, no response. The only response, they sent me was a vague "Your product is expected in 7 to 10 business days. What does that mean, is it expected to be in stock or expected to be dispatched, no idea. Again though that's passed and still nothing.

I'm now requesting a refund but with such bad communication, I will no less have to seek a charge back from my bank.

From my experience, I would not recommend this business, as they don't provide any proper customer service and will take your hard earned money with little evidence they can deliver on the transaction.

Also my bank statement identifies this business as "Joymall Stockport" but the website states they are "GrandVoyage HK Holdings Limited". Seems very suspect in my opinion.

Received an email notifying I would be refunded without any explanation so I emailed back to ask why and it was because the item is out of stock. This is now 6 days after I placed the order and now won’t be able to order elsewhere in time for Christmas

I ordered a bike from them which broke within a week of use. When I contacted them, they said they couldn't replace the bike or the broken part. They offered a small 10% refund and asked me to find someone local to fix it. There is no one local who can fix it and I've been fighting for months now to get a full refund (and have said they can take the bike back in return). They take weeks to respond to emails if they do at all. Now I'm a couple hundred pounds short with a completely unusable bike.

Hopeless and inefficient. Bought a BBQ 5 months ago and paid in full. Didn't receive the item at all. Emailed and cancelled the order as it doesn't make any sense to wait any more. Will never do business with this company ever.

All arrived safely in two parts one part 4 days before the main part. Even so the whole order arrived ahead of the predicted time very efficient

Ordered on 2nd, but I've not recieved any indication on when I will be expecting it delivered

I bought a treadmill and it's delivered in damage. I've sent more than 7 emails but the company refused to full refund but offered 10% money back which is ridiculous. Now I have an unused broken treadmill. Please don't use this company.

Do not! I repeat do not buy anything from this company !!!
I have had a tredmill for 2 months and it has completely broken down! They will not repair or replace and offered me an extremely small percentage of money returned and told me to get someone to repair it and then has ignored all my emails! The number on the website doesn't receive calls and states the inbox is full!
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SHOP HERE ! I'm so disappointed !

I can only write a review based on my experience, placed an order for home treadmill,e-mail updates were swift,as was the delivery.
Set up the treadmill…which was absolutely fine,there was a minor cosmetic issue which I raised with the company,I got immediate replies,and had positive contact over a few days,and the issue was successfully resolved to my satisfaction.
We have had our product over a week now,and are satisfied with the quality of the product,and customer support..if I needed anything else I would use this company again.

Wish i had read the reviews before purchasing. Treadmill broke after 3 uses. Customer service is non existent. Main board has gone and still trying to get a refund or replacement.
