customer service are rude and all tests are returned late. a waste of money and would never return.

Fast shipping, ease of use of the portal and ease of test doing. Customer service could improve and solving customer issues.

Absolutely rubbish. Customer service was awful.
Didn’t get my results back in time, as promised by customer service, which meant I missed my flight to Thailand with my husband. Had to rebook another flight and could not use my hotel which was booked and paid for.
Out of pocket by over £700. They don’t care!!!!!

The actual delivery of kits quick, but can't ever get hold of anyone. Phones don't work and neither does chat. Managed to get an answer back in email, but nothing back on further emails. The actual delivery of results was quick. Shame about customer service.

The testing instructions were not entirely accurate and I fear that there have been some software changes post documentation printing, as we were doing 3 x tests for my children prior to holiday there was a lot of pressure to get these right, the online chat was never available, the messaging section lead to an unavailable website page and the phone number was not recognised, due to the above mentioned I did think this may of been a fraudulent website, however on the day the tests did come back, maybe as these tests are coming to an end the business is starting to pack up operations?

I sent my PCR sample back using Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service as provided by Oncologica. The sample went off the radar - formally considered 'lost' by RM 10 days on, but it finally turned up 2 weeks later and was spoilt. As a customer, I paid 45 quid and did not receive the service I paid for. I requested a refund or a fresh test kit, but Oncologica responded that they don't take any responsibility for carriage (as per their T&C), which is curious given their business model largely depends on posted samples (unless you happen to be based in Saffron Walden area!). They said I was welcome to claim compensation from RM (I might have clawed back 5 quid) but alas they were the RM customer and not me, so I can't even do that. I'm underwhelmed.

FTF COVID tests with no support on weekends when flying on weekends is about as much use as a cigarette tray on a motorcycle, chocolate fireguard etc..

Easy to buy, collect and do the test. Really quick result. Very very happy

I can’t fault the service but the only thing stopping me giving it a 5* rating was that I could not get hold of anyone to ask some questions I had. The chat was never available and the phone no either didn’t answer or cut off or I was held in a queue for too long. But the test was done quickly and the paperwork was good. Thankyou.

It was very easy and quick for me.
But my boyfriend order a test the same week and his never came so he has to go get it done somewhere else.
