Horrible company

Horrible company, horrible product, and horrible customer service. It took over a month to receive the shoes and they sent a different shoe than I ordered. The shoes were also damaged upon arrival as they were shipped overseas in an envelope instead of a shoe box. I contacted customer service and was offered a 10% refund which would only amount to $4. Their return policy states that full refund is available in the event the product arrives damaged. Not to mention I didn't receive the shoe I actually ordered! I asked for a full refund instead of 10% but was denied. I researched the company and found numerous reviews on Facebook and BBB all complaining about the same thing and saying the company scammed them. Seeking refund for low quality, damaged product.

This company is HORRIBLE!

This company is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THEM! They change your order after you submit it. They change the date of the arrival after you submit your order. You do not receive a receipt of the order you placed. There are no exchanges or refunds. There is a definite communication problem in English. They basically steal your money!

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM ON CLOUD WALK!! I ordered a sandal that was advertised as arch-supported shoes. It took 2 months for them to arrive. The shoes were plastic and ill-fitted. No arch support! I contacted the company and was told if I returned them I would have to pay $35 for shipping to Viet Nam. I could not get a tracking number. I contacted my bank card company and they credited my account but eventually returned my payment to this fraudulent company. Not worth the trouble to dispute because of several email exchanges that I had with them.

Horrible experience ever:

1. Delivery in 3 weeks without advice or tracking

2. Bad quality product. The real value of the $50 shoes in Oncloudwalk is $10

3. The company only sell not return. If the shoes don't fit you they said to you that you have 30% off in you NEXT purchase. They only return if the product arrive damage at your home.

4. The company and Customer Service give you an ultimatum of 48 hours in order you show evidence by photos an video of the damage product.

5. This store is not for workers people, I on vacation and expend the total of 4 days worry about the shoes that I need for work. The first two days writing to customer service in order send me a tracking number because week later of my purchase I did not hear for them or they send any tracking number. The other 2 days that I wasted worried about were trying to return the shoes that when finally arrive 3 weeks later did not fit y my feet.

100% Bad Buy

Please believe all the bad reviews for this company and avoid at all costs!
I finally received my ‘orthopaedic’ shoes today 3 weeks after ordering. No size marking anywhere either stamped on the sole or inside the shoe. Huh??
They are way too small and unwearable.
The plastic bag they were packed in had both 39 & 40 stickers on it. The shoes are cheap, shoddily made, FAR from designed for comfort and smell strongly of chemicals. No arch support as advertised. No paperwork whatsoever. No invoice, no return instructions. I have filed a dispute with my Credit Card company and hope for a good outcome with full refund.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a cowboys black and gold jersey and it looks nothing like what I ordered. My wife’s Steelers jersey looks fine but mine looks like a small child stitched it crooked and it’s 4 different golds. This is for a wedding reception so I can’t wait another 2 months for the return for what I actually ordered. I would not suggest this company to anyone. I will be looking for my money back and the jersey I actually ordered.

Hate to even give them a star, it’s a scam. Product NOTHING like they described. Cheap vinyl and plastic. NO SUPPORT for feet at all. Charge card company would not help in any way to get money back. Lost all my money.

Warrant claim department not very…

Warrant claim department not very helpful, expected me to travel 350miles to return to Harrods where I purchased the shoes. Very poor communication with them, had to send reminders, not what I expected especially when I am consistently hounded with emails to purchase another pair. Generally good shoes, I must have got a bad batch pair. Still not resolved. Poor show !

Great !!!

This is a great hat/scarf combo. I'm not one to like the wrap on scarves so this is a great alternative when I need something to keep my neck warm. It's super soft and can accommodate a fairly large range of sizing.

Shoes are horrible quality!!! Do not fall for the great looking shoes on the website. Customer service is horrid and almost non-existent. I echo what all the other dissatisfied customers have written. I really wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. You will NOT be able to return them. I tried everything and as others have said, it is not worth it to ship it out of country. Wish I could report this company to BBB but it is not just a US company. They need to be shut down!

Don't buy shoes from OCW used to be On Cloud Walk

Don't buy shoes here. Mine took two months to ship, did not look like the picture, were made incredibly cheap and were way too big for my feet, although they did state that they were the correct size that I had ordered. You cannot return them no matter what their policy says-they will not offer you any avenue for a return. You are wasting your money and making some super slime rich-this person knows what they are doing. They are based in CA. Don't confuse them with the Canadian company-I would hate for an honest business person to suffer because of some slime head with a similar company name. The company to avoid is OCW-it was originally OnCloudWalk, but he probably got shut down for unfair practices and started a new company called OCW.

SNEAKY return Policy Impossible to DO! Assume you cannot return.

I purchased a pair of sandals two years ago for $29.99 free shipping from a company I THOUGHT was this one. The sandals are great and I am still wearing them. So, I thought I would order from them again. I looked at the same ones I got, but decided I liked the ones that were a dark green and held on with the toe. CUTE design even if they were $55.00. First they did not arrive in any reasonable time. Almost a month after I ordered them mid-summer. Still, okay, because I wear sandals into October in the Northeast. But these were horribly and POORLY made. And $55.00 is terrible with $5.99 shipping. The return policy is too demanding and too restrictive! The shoes themselves have a sole piece that doesn't fit with the bottom. In other words, sticks out on the sides. They require you to return within 5 days. You must have the original packaging and send them a photo immediately of that date arrived! Took them a week to answer my request for a replacement not even a refund! So of course, I was over the 5 day limit. Sneaky...
