Never used Onbuy before. The price paid was very good compared to other retailers. As such I was a little sceptical. I needn’t have been. Quality product at exceptional value.

it was CLEARLY DAMAGED before being packaged for distribution.
It’s a shame that you can’t put a photo on this page as it would put anybody off from purchasing from this company.

I purchased a fully refurbed Rug Doctor from GED Outlet in July 2026, upon 3rd time of use only this week i found it was not picking up the water from the carpet upon closer inspection i found a rubber seal had snapped and what can only be described as clear silicon sealer or something of that nature was holding the broken rubber gasket in place, approached the seller ( after photo etc) to be told that its a 30 day return policy cmon this aint a toaster or kettle for crying out load and carpet cleaners are surely used less frequently 🤯 anyways i told them were to go but vow never ever ever to buy of this site again cheers for nowt 😡
