First delivery failed twice due to insufficient packaging and the glass they use is paper thin so will break with the slightest contact. They did send replacements each time and the third did arrive intact.
The Bonsai was dry from day 1 and never recovered. My glass plant was rotting (actual fungus inside) within a month. Very disappointed and going back to local supplier that isn't that much more expensive.

I placed an order for €100 and it arrived completely broken. I placed another order, and after just two weeks the plants died and were infested with mould. The only “solution” I was offered was to spend an additional €25 on moss to cover the mould. This is unacceptable behavior and appalling customer service.

Absolutely not recommended. I was supposed to receive my order the 2nd of August and still nothing. No communication, no update, big scam indeed.

I purchased a whole structure... A few plants inside a wooden and cristal box of 60 cm x 45 cm x 30 cm. Paid over € 800 and never received the product or an answer to my emails. This was over a year ago and I still have no news from them, even though I write them every once in a while !!!! Thieves !!!! I strongly recommend that you do not do any business with this company !

Total lack of professionalism. Terrible quality of service. Unspeakable customer relationship management. Don't trust the guaranteed delivery times on the established day, and expect ghosting from customer service.

I purchased a Kokedama from the shop, specifying that it was a gift to be delivered on a specific day. Even though I trusted the "guaranteed shipping Italy 3 days" (charged on the total price), I still chose the closest delivery date, in order to have several days of margin to absorb any delays.
On the day of the "guaranteed delivery" of the plant, I still hadn't even been sent the tracking and the status of my order, on the site, was still "order accepted and in preparation". The plant was delivered a week later, in a state of distress (you can imagine a plant left for a week in a box) and absolutely not in time for the delivery of the gift, which I had to buy from a plant nursery 2 hours away by car.

In total I sent them FIVE emails: two reminders, the third asking for a full refund of my order and attaching the receipt and photo of the Kokedama that I had buy, due to their failure to fulfill the order, the day before the celebration, and the last two (the last of which was sent on 12/23/2024, so almost three weeks ago) in which I essentially asked them, shocked by the total unspeakability of the entire experience with their shop, if it was a company policy not to even honor buyers with a response, following their poor service, and to ghost them directly.

Needless to say, as of today 01/10/2025, I have not received ANY response. Not even to apologize for the poor service (unforeseen events can happen), much less to try to recover in some way.

Stay away, especially if you have to buy with shipments that involve long distances.

Despite reading some negative reviews, I decided to proceed with my order. Within just over two days, I received the Natura Ookii plant in Lisbon, Portugal, without any damage. Later, as we are a business, we requested a VAT refund. This process was also efficient and relatively quick, with the refund being issued without any issues. Based on this experience, I rate the service as 5 stars, confirming that I consider this a secure and trustworthy company.

Good products, safe transport package, very quick shipment.
