Hello. what they are doing is illegal and serious.
They ask for personal identity data, passport etc. But while everything worked, the system tells you that it needs a manual verification.
After a few messages they no longer respond.
Having written via the developer's address they say to supposedly recommend the documents are sent the wrong way aloes that I have the picture of how to take the documents.
THEY STEAL IDENTITY DATA AND IT STAY "IN PROGRESS" FOR WEEKS THEN THEY STOP RESPONDING!

Do not open an account with Omniwire. Omniwire froze all the money in my account for 6 months and notified me in their app chat. So I didn't receive any other notifications about it and I wasn't immediately aware of it. When I finally found out about their request, they asked me the usual questions about the use of my account, which I answered them with documents and explanations. Now I bought myself a new phone and installed the omniwire app on my phone. I tried to log in to Omniwire, but I can't log in because they don't send me a confirmation SMS.
I contacted their customer service and they said first that I need to check the functionality of my phone. I checked it 3 times, after which their customer service asked me the same questions as before, to which I already provided the answers. They say I can't access my account until I give them the same answers again.
How can I check my account payments if I can't log into my account?
Customer service is also very incompetent. They advise different things every time you contact them.
I think the only thing that helps me is the Estonia financial ombudsman.
If you too have made a mistake and created an Omniwire account, I recommend seeking help from the Ombudsman. Omniwire doesn't help.
