Speedy and friendly customer service in answering enquiry. The bracelet I ordered arrived in good quality and condition. The shipping fee was a bit pricey and the item was shipped about one week or so after I placed and fully paid my order. By the time I received it, it was almost two weeks since I placed my order. So need a bit patience for good product.

OmniaOro - customer review
My first contact with OmniaOro was when I had emailed them with my many questions I had about their jewellery, along with follow up questions. Each time I received a response, it was always within 24 hour period. What really surprised me was they would go out of their way to fulfill my special requests.
They are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable company. The people I dealt with from their company are also generous and accommodating.
I hope to do business with them again soon!
