Great company all round

9Very helpful staff to deal with - nothing too much trouble.
Thrilled with how their food has stopped our dog from scratching and chewing himself.
We had tried many products to no avail and at great cost.
We are very strict now and don't feed anything unless it comes from omni.
Trying out the calming bites - only a week in so no reports yet. Fingers x

Excellent service from OMNI

Excellent service from OMNI. I had a one to call with Nico which was so helpful. He suggested that as my dog is at the top end of the small dog that she may fare better with the next size up in supplements.
I’ve seen a marked improvement in my dogs stress levels, especially in the car. I used to dread taking her anywhere but although she’s still not totally calm it’s a marked improvement on how she was before.
Both Nico & Teri-Ann are a credit to this company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent, two queries I had were dealt with promptly.
I have an elderly cavachon whose mobility has improved tremendously since starting on the joint supplements. I have given her other joint supplements, but haven’t noticed as much of a difference.
The dental chews are thoroughly enjoyed too.
I have trust and faith in this company and that is very important when considering my wonderful little dogs health.

Great information

Allergy dog

OMNI HAS CHANGED OUR LIVES. Allergy dog. Known allergies are chicken, beef and lamb so far. I've been struggling for 3 years with various foods and supplements for my King Charles Cavalier with itchy skin and runny poos. Age 4.5 years. He has sensitive adult kibble and no meat toppers. Also tried tinned pumpkin an lentil hotot. All successful and transformed my dogs life. So happy with the change in my dog. Well done Omni team. 👏👏

We’re big Omni fans!

Ordering with Omni is always so easy and I know I’ll receive the products quickly!
We have loved every supplement we’ve tried, they always go down a treat and actually work, and my dog loves the taste of the tinned foods too.
I love knowing that we’re giving him good quality products that are kinder to the environment and they’re not costing me the earth to do so!

I have had two large dogs on this food

I have had two large dogs on this food, I was expecting the change over from a well known brand to be difficult in that they would pick the original food first in amongst the mix. They did not the transition was easy and the girls were happy on the new food. I have since lost one girl at 15 years but our other elderly girl is still going strong on it.

Supplement didn’t work on my dog

Great company but the supplement we gave our dog for calming didn’t make any difference to her and we used it for months.

We generally recommend around 3 months of consistent use, as every dog responds differently, particularly when it comes to behavioural and anxiety support.

We generally recommend allowing up to 3 months of consistent use, as some dogs can take longer to respond depending on their individual needs and circumstances.

Sadly didn't work for my dog

I bought the itchy skin supplement 3 months for my dog and sadly they didn't do anything.
I gave it the whole 3 months as requested and it just didn't work for her but that doesn't mean they won't work for you.
I then asked for my money back because I accidentally put products in a subscription and I'd forgotten.
Omni were very good and they have refunded me my money so a good company if you want to try them.

I came to Omni after Brexit when I was…

I came to Omni after Brexit when I was unable to travel to France with any meat products. It was supposed to be a temporary solution, but here we are in 2026 and still Omni is our choice, albeit we have moved to the kibble for Seniors (I kid myself that he’s becoming an old boy, but in reality, he’s just a nutty, ginger ninja Wizsla who thinks he’s a puppy still). Need I say more.

My wonderful Springador

My wonderful Springador, Is high energy,
To maintain he's weight, without increasing he's food intake too much, and bulking him up, a problem, and also maintaining good poo's.
Since going on the Omni dry food , I am delighted to say,
he's weight is consistent, without over feeding him, and he's toilets are as they should be.
I would highly recommend this product.

Great dog food and customer service

Really recommend this dog food for anyone with a dog with food sensitivity. My dog is allergic to everything and we have found the adult sensitive dry has really helped. The customer service is also great. We had an issue with Amazon delivery and customer service were quick to resolve and send replacement food for my dog.

Omni is the best.

I think this company is excellent my dog is a fussy eater but she loves Omni food and I also get the joint supplement for her as she has bad hind legs and these ease her so she moves a little easier, if you're running short of food you can hurry your next delivery up by using the app it's usually delivered within a couple of days.
