Ordered a coop and run. The run arrived with several missing panels. Short story is they took 12 days to respond and even then just said that everything had been shipped. After I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, they sudden very interested in responding my emails.

The coop is nice. The run, even if all the panels had arrived, is essentially a disposable run. Very flimsy panels held together by cheap plastic connectors that will not last long.

I had trouble understanding how the website worked, so I called customer service and the person was very courteous and walked me through on how to complete my order. I was vey impressed.

Thanks to Omlet's rabbit tunnels, I was able to build a truly incredible outdoor garden run for my 5 indoor rabbits. It's an eden for them and they're free to go in and out of the house (where the air conditioning is) whenever they please. I love that the tunnel system is modular - I just bought additional pieces because after a few weeks I decided I wanted the entrance to be through the window instead of the front door. The tunnel-building system really helps me visualize what the final product will look like.

Ordering a 2nd unit. They are built solid, easy to put together and not only have a deep bin to keep the messy bedding material off the floor, but the unit allows for easy access to your kids gerbils. Great job Omlet!

The customer service was amazing. I am a first time chicken owner and had many many questions about which coop set up would be best for my lifestyle. I must have spoken with 4-5 different people from customer service and everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful.
This is a significant financial investment and I wanted to make the most informed educated decisions.
I could not be happier with my experience in this process.

Didn't work with PayPal. Didn't allow autopilot. Didn't provide a way for me to enter discount code.

We would love to give Omlet 5 stars. The coops themselves certainly deserve it for their very good design. We found the website a little confusing when buying accessories for our new coop (our 2nd Omlet coop) and trying to figure out which size we have, and which model the accessories go with. All in all, this is a very good company and the best coops we have found in 30 years of keeping chickens.

They carry high quality products and the website is very simple to navigate. This is the 3rd pen we have purchased from them.

So far so good, will see how quickly order arrives and product performs

Easy to research options of Omlet chicken houses. It provided options for payments so that one large payment doesn't have to be made. Payments are evenly spaced out over several months. I liked that. I like that the house appears to be provide safety for the birds both from predators and disease due to nasty coops. When I receive the coop, if it is easy to keep clean as advertised then Omlet wins the Triple Crown.

The system is amazing! Easy to set up- connections are simple and my buns went right through- came back to order extra tunnels to make it more fun! Amazing product! Heavy duty so it doesn’t collapse on your bunny. Highly recommend!

Loved the experience but wasn’t sure if the feeder/water containers come with the large coup package. I’m assuming it does because of the picture. Quite a financial commitment but could be worth it! It pays to ask questions because I got a prompt response to mine after writing my comment. I hope to write another one sometime AFTER using the product and am excited about it!
