I was unable to cancel my booking through the app or website due to a system issue.
I arrived at the station in advance but could not board due to lack of clear information. Because of this, I had to buy another ticket (FlixBus) to reach my destination, and I have proof of this purchase.
I tried contacting support, but I could not get proper assistance or complete the cancellation.
This situation prevented me from managing my booking on time, and I am requesting a manual cancellation and refund.

Changing a booking failed thru your app. Chatting with the support was disappointing. Had to repeat my questions & answers several times. Contact with an agent was promised but because of the time no contact followed. The next day in the morning chatting again went better and contact with an agent succeeded. My problem was solved to my satisfaction.

I purchased a ticket from the site by adding Omioflex. As soon as I made the purchase, I wanted to check if the cancellation option worked, and I found it didn't. I contacted them less than a minute after the purchase. I explained that I didn't want to cancel the ticket and wanted to purchase it with Omioflex in case my travel plans changed. There's no one to talk to; the bot gave the same answers for maybe 15 minutes or more. Then, the support I contacted told me there was nothing they could do, that's how the company I bought the ticket from worked. Later, when I checked the company's website, I saw that you have a refund right within 3 minutes in case of a mistake. Never use Omio. It's not a big company like Booking.com. The Omioflex I added during payment disappeared, but the ticket price remained the Omioflex price. When I tried to buy the same ticket again within 5 minutes, I could get it for 6 euros less from any browser. It's a completely unfair and malicious company.

Edit: I do not accept your misrepresentation of the situation. The price before purchase was €37. I added Omioflex during the purchase process. I bought it for €43. I then saw that Omioflex was not included. When I returned to your site, the ticket was still €37. This is clearly fraudulent and unethical.

am absolutely shocked by the level of incompetence and lack of responsibility shown by Omio and their partner FlixBus. On April 29, 2026, my friend and I were left stranded in Clermont-Ferrand at 06:36 AM. Despite having valid tickets and QR codes, the driver refused to let us board, claiming we "weren't in the system."
I provided Omio with:
A photo of the bus (Plate: FG-850-FJ) leaving while we stood at the station.
A screenshot from the Omio app at that EXACT minute (06:36 AM) showing our tickets were active and ready for check-in.
Omio support (after 3 painful phone calls) has the audacity to say they "can't do anything" because "others boarded normally." This is gaslighting. The system failure was on their end, and the driver’s negligence caused us to miss an urgent medical appointment in Lyon.
Omio refuses a refund and keeps pushing me to contact FlixBus, while FlixBus points back at Omio. This is a clear violation of EU Regulation No 181/2011. I am now initiating a bank chargeback and filing a formal complaint with the French Ministry of Transport (DGAC). Do not trust this company with your money or your travel plans!

We love the Omio app. Booking tickets is so easy, with all relevant information displayed clearly on the screen. We needed to change one trip and found the process simple through the 'Manage Booking' button. The 10% discount for members has made significant savings for us on such a long journey.

I have used Omio for years. Today things went badly wrong
I was worried I wouldn't get home ( back to my holiday base). I used their app to buy a single from Puerto Real to Cadiz. The train was late then we got booted off early. Couldn't see the wording in the darkness. It turned out to be Estadio. It took 40 minutes to walk to my intended destination. If I had been carrying luggage, I would have been snookered. There were no buses or taxis nearby. Horrible. On my way back, I decided to come back early and bought an extra ticket to come back earlier than planned from Cadiz. I asked Google Maps for a route to the station. It took me to a carpark that was surrounded by metal wire fencing. No way in. Nobody local knew. Surely, if they had closed a major station, a) Omio wouldn't have sold me that ticket, b) they would have notified me there was a problem. I ended up getting a taxi back to Estadio as I knew that had worked today. I quickly bought a ticket with the app. After they had grabbed money, to they said I'd have to convert the ticket to a paper ticket using a station machine. How the heck does that work.? Left for dead by Omio. I'm the end of a very stressful day, I ended up buying a paper ticket, with cash, ignoring Omio.
When I tried complaining to Omio, I got the run-around by some Marvin The Paranoid Android A.I. character, demanding my booking number. I asked how you get this number by bringing up an old ticket. It stamped its little feet (as it has a brain the size of a planet) and demanded my booking number. When it decided it was being illogical, it beat a hasty retreat.
This really isn't good enough. I expect a higher standard from Omio, which it failed to meet.

Do not book with them!!! They show the ticket price much more than it is, and remark service fee 1 euro. But in reality, they show 10 euro ticket as 14 euro, and service fee 1 euro. Almost %50 profit by doing nothing only by scamming

I didn’t get to use your trains at the end cos of inavailability but I hope to be able to experience your service in the future.

I was a keen user for a while but for the third time was let down by fake prices and last page price increases- in the last case the price rose x3 - I had also referred someone but did not receive the referral bonus. Sadly I can’t be dealing with this agency who started off so well. Over stretched and under performing badly. Can deliver on promises. No solution or customer service.
