I have purchased a villa from OMG after so much of convincing from the sales person . Once the sale is done reality sets in . The Staff working in OMG has a lot of attitutude and ego problem . The only sweet and nicely talking person you will see will be the sales person who will trap you into buying one of their villas . Most of their villas they say are european style villas with no gates . My villa had many issues right from the start . Bad Planning , Poor construction and Pathetic Customer Care . Egoistic staff and site engineers . Most of the good reviews you see on youtube and posted here and there are all fake . Go and have a talk with the real buyers you will know the truth .

Scam company. They will take your money and run away.

OMG Properties is one of the best builders I have ever known. They delivered my home with out any delay. They are good in maintaining customer relationships.

One of the worst builders in palakkad. All the money we invested they use it for paying the paid reviewers who reviews like monish below. He has chosen couple of villas pic which he don't own at all. The owners are crying for the issues faced here. You can enquire to owners who are currently living on the feedback and then decide on the option to go with the builders. They doesn't know to plan, design and also construct. Quality is worst in industry. Fake promises while selling the property and once done they won't even care about what you have invested. So many cracks, also the cements falls of like sand. Not even know what should be proportion to mix. They give all the nonsense reasons for the questions asked. Think about investing with them. My villa had so many cracks before even I started staying in the villa. It is such best quality.

OMG Properties is Terrible! They are the worst builders in Kerala, leave Palakkad. They only know to hire some social media people and start posting some fake reviews like the one by Monish Manoj. He has posted some random villa photos saying he owns it. What about the real owners then, who are crying now after buying the OMG Signature Villa from OMG Properties, Palakkad. Most of the reviews praising about the construction are full fake. Every house has cracks, that too within 6 - 8 months. If ever you want to buy a property, you can always visit the location and then enquire. Your 5 minutes of time can save you Lakhs!

OMG properties are the best builders in Kerala, They are focused on providing the best services to their clients.I personally like OMG Signature villa projects which are the best choice for people who are searching for 2 and 3 BHK villas. They are well-constructed villas with all the modern features including CCTV surveillance, security cabin, street lights, etc. They assure on-time delivery of the projects.

OMG properties are the best builders in my opinion. Everyone should personally experience their service. I choose a home from OMG lifestyle villas which are amazing. They are best designed 3 BHK Villas ,offers the beauty of nature and all modern features.

I was so much happy after buying a villa from OMG Properties, Palakkad as I believed that my dream is getting fulfilled. However, it was short-lived.

Now, I am feeling frustrated as why did I invest in their property. The construction quality is very poor. The terrace has started leaking. Water is going into the walls of bathroom. Walls are cracking everywhere. Be it inside, outside.

Although, for 6 months, there are doing a putty work; what is the use? If their construction is not proper and can not stand rain and sunlight for 1 year, how is it supposed to stand for the next 20 - 30 years? I am assuming a lifespan of 30 years as our home loan is for 30 years.

No response from the customer team. Even if you call the sales person, he will not response. As per him, his work is to just make the sales. Rest should be done by the customer service team. Can anyone advise, if we can put a case against them for providing such a horrible experience.

Pathetic service from OMG Properties, Palakkad. They promise an elephant and deliver a cow. It is not just about their any one construction site.

It is almost the same. My friend has also bought a villa in their Vaniamkulam location. Earlier, they mentioned that there will be 3 bore wells, children's play area, garden etc.

Now, if you go and see, hardly will you see anything. Only 2 borewells are there, out of which one is not usable or has problems very often. There are total 9 plots in OMG Signature and 1 plot is not sold and the other one has left in between seeing the pathetic condition of the construction quality. Every house has cracks. They try to putty it and console the owners.

Moreover, the officials come and ask the owners to remove the negative reviews from online. Moreover, this is not a fake review like the ones put up by Anju (Employee of OMG Property) and Jithesh Shaji.

If you have any doubts, you can visit the OMG Signature and ask the residents staying there.

Fake and not trustworthy dealings from their team. Be it the Sales team lead by Sreejith Mohan or the customer team by Anju.

They often keep blaming things on each other and there is no coordination within their team itself. As a client, we have to keep calling on both the parties to get a clear update, which is very pathetic from a builder, who calls themselves as Luxury builders.

Don't go on their sweet and fake smiles and words.

I moved out on the 10th of August. They asked my to sign the bond refund which was in blank. I did as I trusted hem but it was my biggest mistake.
After one week; I received an email saying that they will discount a certain amount of money for things that I disagreed. So I made a complain and time passed by.
Just last Friday, 4th of September I received a second email with more things to be discounted.
The problem here are:
1. After nearly a month I left the rented property, I haven't received my money back.
2. I called Fair Trading and they said that OMG properties claimed 100% of my money from them as I had left the property with a massive damage or haven't paid rent for 4 weeks.
3. Mr. Lim, who is the principal is calling me to argue that I have to pay for the damages caused and everytime says: "we want to HELP you, so we will take away this and that.... thing" trying to make me accept what they said. Fortunately, I took photos that prove the conditions I left the property.
4. I just started a legal process with this "OMG" thing based on the differences they communicate in two different emails.
5. As this is not the first time that I have rented, I know that any bond refunded usually is done within 5 days but it's passed nearly 30 days and this thief MR. LIM is keeping my money.
Be careful with this kind of people.
