I have went to dc omer on 2 visits one in january and one in the beginning of july 2025
I m not satisfied yet with my result or the experience but i m still trying to talk to them to see how they are going to correct it why the 3 stars i will be patient although i m really mad about the way they are handling my complaints after just 2 weeks of services i will come back here for a final review proof and details and hope my problems will be solved by then … see you soon❤️ …and in other social media as well

Over my two visit I am Impressed with highly qualified Doctors and customer care Assistant.
I am delighted with the outcome of my treatment. I wish I did this treatment 10 years ago.
My special thanks goes to Dr Esma who made it easy, asI have gaggle reflux. I was not a convenient patient. She was gentle and took her time. My teeth is beautiful in look and factionality. She is an asset to the company and a good Dr to the patient.
I like to thank Dr levent who did my implant he explained what he is doing and was efficient and did a good job.
Lastly I like to thank Selvi .The company image has reflected through her. She was pleasant and professional. She speaks well and explain every step of the procedure. She also answers all the questions through at her.

We came all the way from Australia to be treated for dental work including an extraction, root canals and new crowns. Our first interaction was a Facebook advertisement and we contacted Omer Dental after seeing the good reviews on Google and Trust Pilot. We started and maintained contact over Whatsapp and email and all our questions were answered. Nurhan was our contact and we are very happy with their organisation. Our dental work we had is complicated but fortunately we had a very professional dentist Dr Habib and his assistant Fatma who carefully treated us and gave us the most fabulous new smile. Our interpreter Shirley was just lovely and calmly explained the process and translated between Turkish and English effortlessly. We were on a tight time frame and all the work was completed in 6 days and they even stayed back until 8pm on a Saturday night to finalise our teeth to get them just perfect. And the price is so much more affordable than Australia which justified our travel. The dental facilities are world class and equivalent to what we have in Australia. I can't thank the team enough and if you are Australian they will make you feel most welcome. I'm glad we chose Omer

I had treatment 2 years ago.
I had a crack to the rear crowns and a chip to the front.
I returned and was treated like a vip. They removed the full top row and re made in 3 days.
Noah and Amira were kind and reactive to my needs.

My experience with the Omer Istanbul clinic was amazing!! From my consultant Karim who from the beginning knew how to answer ALL my concerns and doubts. Always attentive at any time of the day, he did not hesitate to call me and explain everything patiently. Then on arrival in Istanbul the reception was also very good, they picked me and my friends up at the airport and took us to the clinic to take the first tests. During the week I was always accompanied in the clinic by my translator Shirley, very polite and decisive. And the whole team that accompanies Dr. Gőkhan who was the one who performed the treatment also very patient and professional!! Then, the result is wonderful, to this day I still can't believe that they will look so good, I had an idea of how they would look because I did a lot of information on the internet but I have to say that they have turned out 200% better than I had in mind. I will ALWAYS be eternally grateful to this clinic because they have changed my life.

My treatment was 22 Zirconium crowns, and I have to add that the doctor who touched me in particular was a perfectionist and until he saw them perfect both to his specialist eye and to my specific demands, he did not sit still and had them checked until we were both satisfied.
