Flight booked via. omegaflightstore.com
London Heathrow to San Francisco return

I called all 4 numbers on the above website (London/Manchester/Birmingham/Glasgow), engaged constantly yet when not engaged did not pick up and cut out the calls (even immediately).

Got through - was told of a £180 charge to change, I was told it is £30 admin + airline admin + fare price difference. I asked what the fare difference was and he said he had to check (how did you get to £180 in the first place then?).

Was then told I could NOT change flight, he changed his mind. Apparently I had booked through a sub-agent "Omega Travel" (IT WAS BOOKED ON OMEGAFLIGHTSTORE.COM!!) - refused to give any contact details for "Omega Travel". Called British Airways who then called the agent and they gave her a number (01908259988) and promised I could change the flight by calling (the Milton Keynes, UK head office).

Got through to somebody.
WAS TOLD TO CALL AN AMERICAN SAN FRANCISCO NUMBER TO CHANGE THE FLIGHT (0016507410032).
CALLED IT, NO ANSWER FOR 10MINS.
CALLED BACK ORIGINAL NUMBER AND ANOTHER REP SAID HE ACTUALLY COULD CHANGE IT!!!! WHY TELL ME TO CALL SF, USA?!?! THIS IGNORANT INDIAN THEN GOT RUDE AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN!!!! NO FLIGHT CHANGE!! FLIGHT LEFT AND MONEY GONE!! WOULD NOT PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN I WAS TRYING TO CALL BACK!!

I spent 5 hours being lied to.
This company BREACH data protection laws and do not at all verify who you are upon calling. This is ILLEGAL. They are a UK Ltd company who transfer you to pathetically ignorant and incompetent Indian call centers. I asked the guys "where is this call center based" and they told me London - LIE! The first guy said his name was "ANDY" and the second "LEO" - Indian forenames? I THINK NOT! LIES!

Go onto APTA and search "Omega" - they have 9 different Ltd companies and 4 trading names on top. So who are you actually booking with, should you wish to make a change or have a problem?
SCAM SCAM SCAM - GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE THEM.
REPORTS ARE GOING AROUND THAT THEY DELIBERATELY PUT YOUR WRONG NAME ON TICKETS AND CHARGE HUNDREDS TO CORRECT!
P.S. - British Airways will not TOUCH your flight - I apparently had a "special offer" (LOL!!!!) and therefore B.A could not touch the flight. The Indian-based flight booking change team at B.A were extremely rude, spoke over you, put me onto a Manager who then refused to put me on to her supervisor and refused to give me her supervisors name because "it is too long to spell" (are you taking the f****** pi**?) - eventually gave it to me. AIRLINES WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING TO DRY IF OMEGA RIP YOU OFF!! DO NOT USE!!

Will be copying and pasting this onto as many review websites as possible. We have lost hundreds!!! SHUT THEM DOWN.
