I purchased a new kitchen, Omega manufactured via a local company 5 years ago. Since then 12 doors replaced due to paint chipping and had two visits directly from Omega. The Omega quality director refused to talk about the poor quality or acknowledge any communication, so eventually there customer support offer a touch up paint, seems to be there standard response. Considering the high cost over £20000 I would never recommend such a poor quality company, previously I had a magnet kitchen much better quality. Be warned don’t by Omega

Blamed all the defects chipping ect... On damage. Went to them for a kitchen that would last not even 12 months and it's chipping with no replacement parts. I would definatley go back to wren any damaged parts replaced even after years.

Well after spending in excess of £20,000 on this kitchen, 4 years on I am extremely disappointed with my ‘navy’ kitchen. The Regional Rep has been out to this kitchen once, replaced 3 doors within 1 year and now we are back to square one again. I would not recommend the kitchen to anyone. To say we are disappointed is a complete understatement.

No communication

First class product and first class service. Speedy responce when you need samples, back up and information.

the kitchen i ordered came quickly and all parts was delivered and in good condition, the kitchen fitter that fitted my kitchen commented that he had never fitted such a good quality kitchen so all in all it was a very good experience throughout

We purchased a new kitchen to replace the one in our house when we moved in. The first thing we noticed was the build quality of the units compared to our old kitchen, which are incredibly sturdy & well-made. The modern J-pull doors my wife picked also look stunning in situ, & we are always getting compliments from guests about our kitchen
Overall, we are extremely happy with our kitchen, and I would recommend anyone thinking of buying to get an Omega Kitchen

After making the decision to rip out and update our 30 year old kitchen we researched several options and different companies. It’s a bit of a minefield getting what you want within a good timeframe and getting good customer service with it. Omega plc kitchens ticked all the boxes for us and I’m so glad we made the decision to go with them. From start to finish the whole process was faultless. From getting the design right to delivery we received excellent customer service. The designer was so helpful in getting our kitchen just right. We made a few changes along the way and were also offered very helpful advice to make sure we were totally happy. Once we had decided exactly what we wanted we were sent a detailed floor plan and an AI picture to give us a good idea of how it would eventually look. Once we’d checked everything and gave the go ahead they got on with the build and gave us regular updates on how it was going. A suitable delivery date was organised and confirmed and delivered on time and came very well wrapped and protected.
I have left it a little while before leaving a review so as to live with the new kitchen and see how it fared build wise and its usability. I’m happy to say that everything about our new kitchen is proving to be a very good decision, it’s sturdy, easy to keep clean and looks very smart. We’ve gone from a dated white, glossy kitchen that was de laminating and looked awful to a sleek fitted kitchen in British Racing Green (Sheraton Range) which looks amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you’re looking for a new kitchen.
Excellent customer service and a very good after sales service too, I can comment on this as one of the kitchen doors had a slight mark on it, possibly from in transit. When I rang Omega they were so helpful and had a new door made and sent out to us as soon as possible.
Great experience all round, definitely 5 stars.

The company that I was buying my new kitchen through went out of business leaving me with half a kitchen.

Omega went above and beyond helping me get the missing items to allow me to complete the kitchen.

The kitchen supplier for my new Devlopments they are great to deal with and any shortage or damages are dealt without a fuss on next day carrier with out any cost to the customer.

We Would never purchase an Omega Sheridan kitchen ever again.
The faults started within four to five months of the kitchen being installed, Blue paint peeling and chipping off on the handless doors to revel the white base coat, Three years on and three new sets of kitchen doors later(and three bills from kitchen fitters to fit the repacement doors) we are still in correspondance with Omega to rectify the poor quality doors, all doors have failed the rigorious and thorough technicians testing, we have since requested a completely new colour kitchen(Omega have refused us on this option)we felt a lighter colour door with a handle may rectify this issue.
Customer services are willing to replace our doors to a different style of door in the same colour, we are prepared to try a door with a handle to see if the problem will be rectified.
We feel strongly enough to contact Watchdog as our next option.
This has caused a great deal of stress over the past three years.

Good service

After 12 months we had a rep out to carry out scratch tests and concluded paint application was within acceptable standards. 4 years on there is not a door which isn't chipping under normal use. We are now at a point of considering replacing all doors and respraying the gables. I went with their kitchens as an alternative to the likes of howdens to acheive a more domestic look and feel. Having installed more commercial kitchens in office refits for the last 20 years I am certainly regretting this investment.

The attention to detail and knowledge of kitchen products go above and beyond any other kitchen company.

I had my Omega Kitchen for a recent extension on our property. First of all, it turned up fully complete, from a first class delivery team. Couple of items needed changing, but the speed in the replacement meant my fitter was still on site to complete in his allocated time to fit, a true testament to the company service model.
The fitter commented that the quality of the cabinetry was the best he has fitted in the industry.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality British made kitchen

This is the second quality Omega kitchen that we have had fitted in our home - the first one we had for fourteen years with absolutely no issues.Exceptional service from the design to the installation. The kitchen we chose has solid wooden doors and soft close hinges all of top quality. There’s a great choice of colours and designs to suit everyone’s taste. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we have received and can highly recommend Omega kitchens .
