Excellent service
Excellent service from Paul, Dan and the team. It was my first time using an auction house and they sold a few items for me. Great communication, professional and friendly, I'll definitely use again.
Thank you.

My fourth time buying with Omega. Always great customer service and excellent communications. They made it so easy for me to pay and collect when I suffered sudden temporary Internet problems.
Omega offer a fantastic service. My item was very large so I used their courier van delivery service which was quick and efficient. Great communication throughout so I knew exactly when the item would be delivered. I've used Omega for many years and it's always been a great experience.
Excellent and helpful speedy service - items packed, shipped and received within 48 hours of winning bid and purchase in February 2026 vinyl auction - many thanks indeed.
My first time selling anything at an auction so not only was I was delighted with the fabulous result it was also a pleasure to deal with the company. The whole process was efficient and gave me complete confidence that Omega Auctions was the right choice.
Excellent Service, Really good Customer Service, prompt responses, easy enough transaction process, quick delivery, would use again, thank you 🙂
I have had dealings with Omega (both as a buyer and seller) over a number of years and found them professional but with a personal touch and delivering a courteous service.
They are a relatively new company and are enthusiastic about what they do.
It is refreshing to deal with real humans and not robots or computers.
Excellent experience. Accurate grading, very fast delivery and superb packaging...
After having a load of headaches and nearly getting ripped off trying to sell my collection of very rare hardcore metal LPs. I found Omega Auctions online at random. Boasting to be "Vinyl Specialists", I took the chance and gave them a phone call. Turned out to be a really solid decision. The modern vinyl market really has become a den of scum and villainy. So was relieved to find an Auction House that gave out a sensible estimate and worked a whole bunch to ensure that my collection of 110 items sold for the best possible price. They didn't sell for the max of their estimate, but didn't sell anywhere near their low end either. Final hammer costs came somewhere comfortabley in the middle. So have absolutely no complaints towards their valuation process. There was even the option to watch the auction LIVE on the day. Which felt like working out great for both sellers and buyers.
Whoever bought my stuff got some really good deals. Though I do not at any time think anything went for too low either. That said, I did have three rather pricey rareties that I was a little concerned about going on sale. But OA knew exactly the best time and market to sell to and they went for well above expectation. Which quite frankly, blew me away. Was very impressed with the outcome overall.
Can't thank OA enough for their help in getting my collection sold. The work that they put in has been well worth the fees. But their help alone in shifting such a bulk of vinyl has proved to be invaluable. Won't hesitate to use them again in future... And neither should you. They know what they are doing. Excellent service.
Thank you very much Omega Auctions.

I’ve bought over 6,000 records from Omega Auctions across many years, spending more than £70,000 in total. For most of that time grading was accurate and I trusted their descriptions.
Lately, however, standards have slipped badly. Records described as Ex+ or “Archive” have arrived badly scratched, VG at best, and a Beatles box set described as a 1978 original turned out to be a 1987 re-release.
When I raised concerns straight after an auction, their stance was simply that it was “too late” and nothing would be done. Their suggestion for the future was "My best advice in light of this would be to come and view before bidding" That isn’t very helpful if your miles away and most of their bidding is online. Certainly not what I’d expect from an auction house that wants long-term buyers to bid online with confidence.
After years of loyalty, it’s disappointing to see accuracy and customer care go downhill. I won't be buying from them again,.

100% Enquire on lots.
I would recommend enquiring on certain lots if they contain more than 30 albums, or if they're are not all listed. If you buy multiple lots, keep them separated until you have checked them all.
Don't get me wrong, we have purchased some good lots as described, but then we have had some awful lots. My first mistake was sorting records before checking the condition, we had a lot in bad condition, definitely not as described, but because we didn't keep them in their lots, they said we couldn't do anything about it.
In lots where they describe Rock and Modern Pop, always ask for a possible list of what's there. We recently bought a lot of just over 80 LP's of Rock and Modern Pop, 25% of them were basically comedy like Monty Python, Billy Connoly, Derek and Clive live, not exactly what you would call Rock or modern Pop, i emailed them, basically didn't care, apparently they are pop!!
If you're a seller, you can and will get a good price for your collection, but if you're a buyer, beware of job lots, as I would say they have been slung together with rubbish they won't sell and won't advertise in the said lot, so always check.
I have sold vinyl records and CDs of various genres over a period of a few years via Omega Auctions. Their sales results have been very impressive and certainly better than other auction houses I have tried. Behind all that, the logistics, communications, research, knowledge, organisation, cataloging, website and overall attention to detail is very impressive. Their auction estimates are realistic but sales often exceed them. Their fees for selling are competitive and payments are prompt with excellent documentation of the results and related costs.
If you want to achieve the best price from the largest interested audience for your music memorabilia and rarities, go nowhere else but to Omega Auctions. They are not only market experts, they are also extremely helpful, friendly, professional and clearly passionate about what they do and the treasures they handle. Omega achieved the best auction price for my 3 x signed Bowie fine art prints and I highly recommend them. Brilliant!
Excellent after sales service including delaying sending items to me at my request and superb packaging.
Best Auction house around, my go to source for rare records
I had some music memorabilia dating back to the late 70s and early 80s. Omega talked me through the sales process, suggested the best way to maximise my returns and catalogued and photographed everything superbly. They suggested I could make around £1000 and this was indeed what I achieved. I am very grateful for their expertise and for their professional support throughout.
Fascinating items, great presentation, and smooth bidding and payment systems. Omega staff were awesome throughout, answering questions quickly and politely. Would recommend highly!
I was really impressed with the sale of my beatles scrap books. It was a very exciting experience putting them in the auction. Omega were fantastic from start to finish, keeping in touch throughout. The result was a great success and wish I had another scrap book to sell. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of using an auction .
I have been buying from Omega Auctions for over four years and am impressed with their amazing service! Today, I secured my winning lots on 23rd April, within a four-hour window of paying! Adnan has been courteous and professional and it was great to meet one of the team providing this quality service. Karen Adnan, Paul and Dan and the rest of the team do offer a brilliant service and are world-class at what they do. If you are in the business of buying high-class music memorabilia, then this should be your first point of reference!
