I sent Quy a picture and he replied fast and said he certainly could do it! I had no idea I would meet such an artist! He hand painted my design and added a gold outline I hadn’t expected too! Such a wonderful guy, fashion conscious, old soul! Love him! I’ll be back! Don’t hesitate! The Salon was clean, comfortable and accommodating. Everyone was very friendly! Go! Have fun!
