Olzuy Reviews

I am delighted with my purchase. It is a lovely top, well fitting and finished. A good asset to my wardrobe as it will suit summer and winter wear.

The sizes were perfect and looked fantastic. Was worried about ordering online but was really happy with my purchases

Haven't worn or washed yet but after a quick try on I was happy with my purchase. All 3 items fit well and are good quality

Nice clothes, decent quality, fit true to size
Overall quite satisfied

Dreadful customer service . 3 emails for a return , wrong size , advice . Its no wonder I dont use on line clothing services . Never again .

This delivery was ok and happy eith product but i have ordered 2 more things a few days earlier and i never received it.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. This company is a scam. There is absolutely no customer service and no possibility of returning an item.

I wrote to them 4 times to explain that I needed to return the items because they do not fit, and they consistently reply: item has been delivered, item has been delivered...

Best way to lose a client forever. It's like they want to disrespect their clients.

Lots of miscommunication about when my order was shipped and whether it really had been shipped.....I received lots of different answers, which was extremely frustrating. I do like what I ordered though.

BEWARE

Items take week’s to arrive and cost a fortune in postage and when they do arrive as mine did yesterday, they are nothing like how they look on their marketing material. And worse there are no labels for returning or even advice how to return and nobody is replying to my emails to return… I WILL. NEVER BUY ITEMS AGAIN like this from a Facebook Advert

This company is a scam. The items ordered were nothing like what arrived. Very very cheap material, terrible cut.

I had a few questions and customer service got right back to me!

Awesome. Love the item sent.

It was great. Nice thick material for a sweater dress. I will be ordering again

Loves it - came on time, prices very reasonable. Comfy fit also

I received 4 sweaters that I ordered and received in a timely manner. They all fit me well and look nice on me They’re all size small. I am 5 foot five and 130 pounds.I’m looking forward to wearing them. I will definitely order again from this company.

I received my order and was not satisfied with the sizing or material. It was not what I expected. I asked for a return code. They offered to give me $14.00 of the 79.89 US that I paid. They did not honour their refund policy which says I can return my items when they issue a RETURN CODE. They won’t give me one. I will never order from this company again.

Very happy with my purchase. Good quality and true to photo in colours and sizing. Fast delivery. No complaints!

It was exactly as advertised. The pieces fit great. Quality was great. Shipping timely... I would do it again!

Speedy delivery. Nice quality top. Colours same as photo.
