Already reordered

I was a bit sceptical ordering this if I’m honest. I’ve tried a couple of hair supplements before and didn’t notice much, so I wasn’t expecting miracles.

I’ve been taking Roots for just over a month now and the main thing I’ve noticed is less hair coming out when I wash it. That alone felt like a win. My hair also just feels healthier, not as dry or lifeless as it had been.

Capsules are easy to swallow, no weird taste, and I’ve had zero side effects. I also appreciated that they don’t overpromise. It feels like something you’re meant to take consistently rather than a quick fix.
