Horrible experience.
First time going through a novated lease.
The communication is 5 star until the deal is finalised and sign your papers. From there it is downhill. Never expect your point of contact to pick your phone. Email was reasonably Ok, except sometime you dont get a response. My process started early this month and I chose a car which was in stock for immediate delivery. I was expecting the whole process to be finished in 2 weeks time. Still not happened. Sales say that they dont have visibilty once it go to settlement. Settlement blames it on finance. I had to sign and send the documents twice. Dont know what happened to the first. Im guessing it could be the variations. Documents send second time on 20th of this month. Was advised to take comprehensive insurance before remittance. I did that on 22nd and emailed them the currency of certificate. Was advised that the remittance to dealer will happen last week. Then early this week financier wanted clarification on somethings and was responded in an hour.
On the top of that the car dealer keeps calling to check on the process.
In short, paying insurance for a car which hasn't been settled, frustrated with the lack of and transperancy in communication.
I am hoping they would sort that out soon so that I can pick up the car

The experience was generally good, the only issue I faced was the time it took to release the funds
I gave Oly 4 weeks notice for the delivery date, and yet the fund was released the day before the delivery in the afternoon, that didn't give the bank enough time to release the funds before the delivery, as a result, I had to postpone the delivery because the funds were not received on time

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Oly. Communication has been extremely poor, with my point of contact, Michael, being almost impossible to reach and often not responding for weeks at a time. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to escalate matters just to receive a basic response. This level of service is frustrating and unacceptable, especially for something that requires timely coordination. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.

My experience with Oly Novated Lease was a bit mixed. Initially, communication was strong and the sales process started off smoothly, which gave a good first impression. However, after that early stage, communication from the sales representative dropped off quite noticeably, which made things feel a bit disjointed and at times frustrating. Still waiting on a call back from 4 days ago.
On a more positive note, the settlement team was solid—professional, responsive, and helpful in getting things finalised. Overall, not a bad experience, but consistency in communication from start to finish would make a big difference.

Jaryd at Oly made the process easy. It was great to have a single person to contact for any questions about the novated lease purchase and he was very patient and friendly answering all my questions. He was also very responsive and would always get back to me quickly if he missed my call.

We had a very frustrating experience with this leasing company from start to finish. We were repeatedly asked to complete documents that had already been submitted, and key information—such as required documents and passwords needed to sign others—was poorly communicated or not provided at all. The entire process felt disorganised, with different staff giving conflicting advice, which only added to the confusion. As a result, the pickup of our new car was significantly delayed. Overall, the process was inefficient and stressful, and it’s not something we would choose to go through with this company again.

The experience was amazing being the first time going through novated leasing process. Even though currently it’s been crazy busy with everyone trying to get a EV. The staff was extremely happy and patient. Special mention to Chloe that helped with through the process before the settlements team took over. Only reason it’s not 5 Stars is due to process gaps in my opinion between Car companies/ Dealers and Oly.

I’ve been a customer now for two months and extremely disappointed. I’ve had every excuse given to me under the sun to explain why my claims have not been reimbursed and my salary sacrifice payment takes over 8 days for it to be placed on my Oly Mastercard for use towards my charging of my car. I’ve called and been told they are incredibly understaffed & it takes a staff member to clear the transactions. It sounds to me that the business is doing it tough and holding onto funds instead of reimbursing the payments as they are legally obliged to do. This is not what I signed up for and I’ve requested a manager call me to discuss, but I’m yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve spoken with a member from the team (the same one) on multiple occasions who sounds like he’s just gotten out of bed to answer the call. And really couldn’t care less about the issue.

I was very happy with the initial service I received from Katelin. However, once it was out of her hands I felt the service standard plummeted. It took far too long for to receive responses from emails regarding the final figure. Admittedly, Kia were equally as bad, if not worse, but there were moments when I was about to pull the pin and go with a different company for the novated lease.
Sincerely hoping it’s all up from here.

I am sorry to say I can't recommend Oly. It was all great during the sign up process, but since settlement it has not been a good experience. The App is full of with 'known issues' so it doesn't work properly. Employer had issues with the Direct Debit, Oly would take the funds on any day they wished, not that specified by the employer in the form completed. Eventually, after 3 months the date was changed to suit the employer. Difficult to communicate with someone who can actually provide answers.

Very poor communication once the deal was made. Felt like I was doing their job for them with 3 different contacts. 'Direct' phone numbers listed only send you to a call centre. Still haven't had any information about the debit card supposed to be issued and am now paying out of pocket for on road costs.
