A+++ with Oly (Nitesh K)
I have had an amazing experience with Oly (Nitesh K driving the process). I needed the application to be processed extremely quickly and Nitesh was on the phone with me during a public holiday and followed up on the weekend to make sure everything was in order! Absolutely amazing service and was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Oly.

Started well as a referral.
Felt like I never quite knew what stage of the application I was at.
I also felt like I was handed over to different departments. I had 3 people in total.
I would prefer to work with one account manager only
At times it was hard to know what I had to do next.
I was receiving emails advising a car was ordered when it was already done. The emails didn’t seem to align with the current status.
Sometimes it was hard to get in contact with my account manager.

Smooth process with great support
I recently arranged a novated car lease through Oly and overall had a positive experience. Gus was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the contemplation phase — he made the process easy to understand and gave me confidence in the decision. I also really like the Oly portal; it’s intuitive and very user-friendly.
The only area I’d suggest for improvement is the handover after signing on. Once I was committed, the communication felt like it dropped off a bit and I wasn’t always sure of the timeframes or next steps. When the car was finally ready, the volume of emails was a little overwhelming, though everything did come together in the end.
Despite that, I’d happily recommend Oly to other companies looking for a novated lease partner. The support, tools, and overall service were strong, and I’m pleased with the outcome.

I recently completed a novated lease for a 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQA 250+ through Oly, and my experience has been largely positive.

professional and helpful service
The professional and helpful service. Sonali went above and beyond to get the deal over the line considering our less than conventional business structure initially presented. The automated emails make the process very streamlined. Not to mention the the online portal process that guides you every step of the way. The Oly man on the portal looks a little like me but has more hair. Keep up the good work Oly team.

I made the right choice with Oly.
I chose Oly because they had the most honest and informative documentation and the customer support from Chloe during the quote, implementation phase and ongoing was, and still is, excellent. I was impressed that, unlike other companies I tried, Chloe did not criticise the opposition.
Chloe was very responsive and knowledgeable. I asked lots of technical questions, and if she couldn't answer, them, she got someone else on the call to do so. I really appreciated Chole's friendly and professional manner. 10 out of 10.
As for Oly, It's good that you are allocated the one person to deal with. The payroll and tech areas of OLY are also very helpful. Oly's business hub system had a glitch setting up the account, however Hamish helped sort it out in plenty of time before the lease was signed and constantly checked in to update me and also to check everything had been fixed.
