i wanted advertised FO RENT, I payed rs 599, but accidently i posted in FOR SALE . instead of just changing to FOR RENT. They cancelled my post refused to pay back money. the call center was insulting telling the same thing again and again refused to help. simple post my advt or refund my money

Worst call center interactiin ever... didn't solve my problem, he was porly orepares, and basically shut me down...

I paid a comple of times a premium package but my add was always the last one.

Olx requires ad packages but often rejects ads with incorrect descriptions. Emailing support results in bounced messages due to spam filters. The last option was to call their special number, which I tried. However, it is a paid call, and it takes at least 3 minutes to connect to an executive. After listening to their lengthy IVR lecture, the executive asks permission to put the call on hold to consult with their superior. They then come back at the 10th minute. Until then, you have to listen to all their ads for your own money. It is simple exploitation of the caller's time and money. I think we can not do anything about such exploitation in India.  The irony is that the executive says he can not help in resolving the issue as we post under the wrong category. When I asked him to justify his statement taking the example of one of the rejected ads posted by me, he has very diplomatic justifications. I could tell that he didn't understand the item I was trying to post. He said he would arrange a call back with seniors and left us. The executives talked slowly, wasting time and causing frustration due to high call charges, before dropping the calls.
In my opinion, this platform is a scam that takes money from sellers for ad packages but only runs a limited number of ads due to hosting limitations. I recommend avoiding their ad packs and posting for free instead. I personally wasted INR 4000 on them.

Olx has done fraud to me so plz do not make any payment against OLX. Be careful with your money.

World ke sabse bade Fraud hai scam hai....Galti se bhi apna PHONE Number ya home address inke kisi bhi site pe ya olx autos pe type bhi mat Kar dono.....mar denge.
Mere 1 jankar ki car inspection Karne OLX autos se aye. Test drive ke bahane car leke bhag gaye.

Customer care wale phone Nahi Lagta. Complaint Kari toh OLX walo ne Bola ki car inspection booking pehle hi cancel ho gayi thi. Hahaha...

please do not trust this site, it is full of fraudsters and scammers. i had taken a fridge and washing machine, they were very old models very poorly refurbished, the washing machine is running in a poor condition, but the refrigerator gave away within a month of the purchase, moreover i and my flatmate tried to contact several times for replacement, as promised they did not give any service, their replies only last till the item is delivered and they get their money, they started to disconnect our calls and never replaced the item, please note that the seller named MISA is the not to be trusted in any condition

WARNING!! Do NOT install this app. They are 100% fraudsters and scammers. They have taken my money since April 28 and it's May 2nd today and still have not featured my Ad. Whenever I contact their support they always say "Sir your issue will be resolved ASAP". But it's been 4 days, they might have been doing this to thousands of more people and might have accumulated millions of black unearned money through this. I'd advise PTA and FIA cybercrime to take their app and service down.

careless and fraud company i ever seen.. just created account and start browsing and after 5 minutes i got screen message on olx app that your account is suspended....

ticket ID 298583 is pending from 2 months. Employees want bribe to clear my security holdback amount.

Over all worst experience. I recommend please don't choose OLX for selling your old car. Un trend staff also provide Un logical prices for your old car.

Olx auto is a worst place to sell your car , they are liers what they say in their ads , 2022 model, 11kms magnite brand new they giving 4 lakhs , they will waste your time worst customer service.

I hd gone through very horrible and unethical experience from.olx auto my Audi q7 car was inspected...then they told me that online auction will be done..after 24 hrs I called them ..they told that ur car was got auction price 5.78 lacs...I was shocked...their postal was showing value 14.5 lac..my car is in mint condition with insurance value of 19.5 lacs..they are just spoiled my time...totally fake people fake inspection..

I had an inspection done for my car for which I was been put round in circles and after a week inspection was done. Once this was done same day in the evening I got a call from their team stating that approx you'll get Rs 20-30k for your car and then the other person called me next day that amount is not fixed as there will be bidding on your car. Then the next day i got a call that the bidding for your car is not done and will be delayed. Today got a call stating that the bidding will not happen as your chasy number is not visible and the amount you'll get will be Rs 29k as it is a scrap car...The car is well maintained were the words of the inspection officer and the people sitting in the office told it is not good condition car....There is no coperation, no proper communication, no proper behaviour of the people as they will be rude, no proper price at all. Their tagline best price for your car is not at all right, infact their tagline should be worst price and worst satisfaction will give you. My humble request to all is that sell your car to local dealers rather than to this bunch of crap company.

Horrible company 27 called from different numbers on a Sunday before 1pm.
This is harassment. The company should be shut down.

This app is dominated by touts and frauds. A request to everyone to never use this app for buying or selling. You may end up loosing your saving to the gang which hacks your account in the pretext of sending money to your account.
