Ordered a bracelet and tried to cancel…

Ordered a bracelet and tried to cancel same day after realising could get it cheaper on same site. The reply was between 1 and 5 minutes to cancel is too late.
So asked for tracking number then which makes no sense stating order ready 22nd June but in transit 21st June! So it’s in transit before ready.
Thing is you need to cancel by email but they have 24 hours to get back to you.

UPDATE
just received bracelet and on parcel is a return address of an address in London but according to return policy it was delivered from China and I must return to China! All confusing

olux shop

as far as tools, combo and smtp is concerned, avoid olux, you can buy a combo worth 100$ with zero crack, and support will do nothing about it, avoid olux shop for your own good.
