HOTEL LIVED UP TO ITS RATING AND WAS REASONABLE VALUE

I have used this site several times and have nothing but good things to say. I have always found their prices to be the best and in most cases even cheaper than booking directly with the hotel.

When we talked about taking a break in Oslo it was not difficult to choose a hotel. I have been here several times before and always have had a good experience with the hotel and the service. It was first time for my husband and he told me at the airport it will not be the last time. We got a room at 19th floor with a wiev of the city. It was fantastic in the morning and at night With all the lights on. The room was vey clean and had a good size. The bed was good and luckily there was an extra duvet so we didn't fight for it at night. Breakfast was very good something for everybody.

In my opinion the hotel was not bad eben the decorations of the room looks a little beat old. the main problem appeared because at the moment to book the room in this web side I had the possibility to choose an smoking room when actualy it doesn't exist, and that was one of the main reasons why I choose this hotel it was because of that and since the begining of 2013 all of the hotels of andorra are forbidden. other ways, it's has been an excelent experience and let me advice everyone book half board because the restaurant food/service it's excelent!!!!

I think you have to improve the level of information about the hotels and rooms was the one you have is very basic.

Has I booked the hotel through Olotels.com for a twin room at Holiday inn express on Saturday for the night in Nottingham. On arriving there to check in we weren't even booked in on their system, after waiting 20 minutes the receptionist could only offer us a room with a double bed and a sofa bed . Me and my daughter were NOT happy at all.

What a wonderful service, I could,nt believe how easy it was to book the Hotel of my choice and the price was great, thank you,

The information dissemination was a mess. For instance it was not mentioned that there would be some additional payment for credit card use. Moreover, as the room was below standard, it would be questionable how Olotel could provide the information that the Hotel is a 4 star hotel if it fulfills the criteria of a 2 star Hotel.

It was so easy to book accommodation. Done in a couple of minutes after we choose location. Easy, quick and cheap as well.

Olotel gave me a great price for a highly recommended hotel? The ordering process was quick and painless. The only slight hiccup [caused by the hotel and not Olotel] was that only one room could be booked at a time. When we then tried to book a second identical room, the price was higher.

Have stayed there before. Large clean rooms. close to the Old City of Quebec.

I knew the hotel, Olotels had the best price... when I couldn't had the the journey for bad disease Olotels had a fast service to risolve the problem with minimal economic damege..

HOW AWESOME IS THIS I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD HOTEL FOR A MAJOR EVENT THAT IS TAKING PLACE IN NEW ORLEANS , I SEARCHED ONLINE & CALLED ALL THE HOTELS IN THAT AREA,BUT WAS TOLD SOLD OUT UNTIL I FOUND OLOTELS.COM ! NOT ONLY DID THEY FIND A GOOD HOTEL FOR 4 NIGHTS THEY LET ME PAY FOR IT AT A LATER DATE!!!!
