I like very much the sapce of the room, the bathroom, the cleaning and the location near the railway station.

5 star hotel. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Very convenient site, had no problems to book the hotel.

I initially I had some problems with booking but then I received so much support to resolve the problem.I received so many phone calls and e-mail by very helpfull customer service.
Even after I had a problem I will still use this webside becuase in case of any problems I know that it will be resolved by customer service.
To be honest I never been treated that good after making complaint.
I received 10% booking refund as a compensation for inconvenience .

Very Central.The Location is near by the Tram.
If you want you can go any wear.Work by 15 min.
Service is very friendly. They can speak much language.
Breakfast is ok. Rooms are good.

I booked with Olotels an Hotel in Madrid. Unfortunately due to illness I was unable to go to this trip and Olotels after proving the illness gave me a full refund. I was impressed with this the level of their customer service and the speed they resolved the issue. Thumbs up will definately use them again.

Would recomend using Olotels.com if you can get the same deal as I did. Booked a four star hotel in Cardiff with bed and breakfast and saved £83. Printed off voucher but not required, as I only needed my surname when arriving at reception.

I came across an ad for Olotels on tripadvisor.com and booked without thinking, because it was a great deal. I did research after booking to find that many customers were not happy with Olotels services and had even claimed they were scammed. I became immediately uncomfortable because of the large amount of money I spent. I contacted Olotels and told them I would have to confirm my reservation with the hotel before the last do to cancel my booking through Olotel or I would have to ultimately cancel. They contacted me right away and we resolved the issue. I called the hotel the same day I made the booking and they confirmed my reservation through email. So far so good! Hope this helps someone that my have been as concerned as I was.

I'm having issues and I need to make a change fast to my reservation 5636631 but I cant reach you. I NEED TO CHANGE MY DATES FOR JANUARY 9 to 11 and it needs to be done fast and I cant find a way to reach you.

They sold me a room on there site, 5 mins after I received a call saying they had to check if the room was free (when booking a room I expect them to already have the rooms available) it turns out the room wasn't available but they had taken funds. They refused to except this and kept informing me that I needed to get the funds back from my bank. I had already called my bank and they said the funds had definitely gone to them and that they needed to contact their bank to cancel the funds. I tried to explain this to olotels but they refused to except any liability. I am now £118 down and am now calling Trading standards to help me with this matter.

I would advise you to not EVER book with this company, it is not worth the hassle.

I am currently stressing out. I am due to stay at Best Western Country Squire hotel in Gananoque, ON tomorrow night and there is no record of my reservation. Used Trip Advisor which directed my to Olotels.com with the best price and an available room. Tried emailing them but they say a response takes 48hrs. I don't have 48 hrs. Definitely not worth the stress. I will be out the money for the 3 night stay plus the cost for another hotel. Not reliable at all. Oh and I can't call the number they list, it isn't working from my phone. Just a huge scam.

Update: I have updated my rating because Olotels emailed me and verified all was ok with my booking. I had no problems when checking in and was able to get a room at a hotel that was otherwise completely booked. I would definitely use Olotels again.

Hi Olotels,

Thanks for you quick response from your team this time. noted my reservation has never been confirmed in your system and during the booking process our system made a pre-authorization on my credit card and the amount was blocked on it.

Noted Olotes.com did not use and no intention to use the authorization of payment which I have given, using my card number .


As per Olotes.com : "Send this information to your bank in order to enable them to unblock the sum. This email might not guarantee the immediate reversal and you might be forced to wait the standard delay, meaning 15 days or more depending on your bank. "

I will check the situation after 15days or more, and see if I can get back my money. Thanks for your kindly assistance. Hope everything smooth at the end.

2. Second, just let you know I got the reply from Tokyo hotel (Sunlite Shinjuku Hotel) today. As per Sunlite Shinjuku Hotel reservation staff (Akada ) :

"Thank you for contact with us.
We have not received your reservation under your name from 2th/Jan/2014.
Usually you can receive a reservation confirmation or reference number when booking completed vir any travel agent web-site.
Please ask custumer support of olotels.com.
We will e-mail again,if we received your reservation."

(I can forward the e-mail once I got the feedback from Olotes.com) <-- make me sick today

3. Please kindly explain why you charge my credit card without any reservation from that hotel ? If Olotes.com cannot book the hotel 1 day in advance, you should reject me.
4. Please refund back my money US$227 to my credit card as this is not make sense to do the business like this.
5. Please kindly reply here and I want to let everyone can see how olotels.com to follow up/solve this problem at the end. Thank you.

I called the number below and got super friendly and calm assistance !
They contacted the hotel and Now We Are On our Way there:) !
Happy !
(From stressed to happy = better than the other way around:() !! )

I made a booking through Olotels on friday and just called the hotel to fill in details since we arrive late tomorrow, and They can not find the booking ! Furthermore They have no idea who "Olotels.com" are ! I have written to a few emalis I have found, and just saw the phonenumber here , NOT on their website, called them NO anweringmachine just music! I AM feeling very worried now since I have gotten no respons AND when googling Olotels.com I am getting more and more anxcious !! ARE they a scam !! ??

Arrived Dubia, taken to Winchester Deluxe as per your itinerary, but was incorrect hotel, the booking was with Wnichester Grand (sister hotel). Staff service was excellent and we took all our meals at the hotel - excellent.
Room was comfortable.
All in all we were taken care of very well and subject to getting a good deal again, we will go there again.

I did book hotel at the location close to where I had to take care my business , but they moved us to stay in other hotel, where has problem about wifi and was ground floor, so loud! How my business could contact to the world without Internet !!
