They are based In China, they’re return policy is to just put it into your mailbox with return to sender written on it and I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 2 weeks and I’d been waiting for the product for a month! so now I’m going to be disputing the original charge with my credit card company

These reviews have got to be fake
These reviews have got to be fake. They are literally the worst underwear I've ever bought. They are cheaply made and fold in the groin area so lines are showing through leggings. I asked for a refund and they gave my 50% back. I kept using the underwear trying to make it work, but wished I would have pushed for a full refund because they are truly awful. Do not buy from here if you want quality and actually a camel-toe free underwear.

Good customer service
I wanted to return my order because the underwear can only be washed in 30°C. I didn’t try them on so I can’t speak for the experience of the product, but 8€ per pair seems slightly high for this quality of fabric I must admit. Package was sent from China and took maybe 3-4 weeks to arrive (Sweden over Christmas). They were really quick to respond to emails and send me the refund so leaving 5 stars for that experience.

Fabulous Customer Service
I ordered the mid-rise thongs. I really liked the light seamless material and padded gusset - exactly as described and great under leggings - however they were a little small.
I wrote to customer services for an exchange and got an immediate response from Emily, who checked my requirements, which made me re-think the style and size up in high-rise instead. All of the exchanges took place on NYE and New Year’s Day. I am so impressed at the speed of response, how easily things were sorted out, and all during the hols.

Scam. Good reviews are fake
When I first placed an order it took 3 weeks to finally arrive. I had no update at all to say my order had been dispatched and when I emailed the customer service on 2 occasions to ask about my order I had no response.
I previously put a bad review on here before the order arrived and was told that my order was actually from ‘OLORAwear’ not olora official and was asked to delete my review which I did. I have since realised the company is the same they even have the same email.
When my order finally arrived they are very flimsy and less absorbent than other underwear in already had, they actually make you more sweaty so it was a waste of £45 (I did buy 3 get 3 free). They really look like they are worth 50p a pair.
Before I realised they were the same company thought maybe olora official would be better quality so was about to try ordering from them instead this is how I realised they are the same company. I’m so pleased I didn’t waste another £45!
Please don’t waste your money on these
Edit- they have responded again to say they are olora official I have just screen captured an advert on the olora wear facebook page with the olora official email address on the actual advert. When you press on the olora wear adverts it takes you to the same website page as it does when you click on the olora/olora official facebook adverts. So the are the same company

Amazing customer service
The customer service was absolutely amazing! I ordered the incorrect size, which was my fault (pro tip, if you're used to wearing lace underwear, size up.) The response to my return request was so quick and handled so generously.
Now to the product itself, even though I ordered the wrong size and have not gotten to actually wear them yet, the quality of the underwear upon opening the package was fabulous.. can't wait to receive the proper size and wear these to the gym! Cameltoe embarrassment is a thing of the past. 10/10 recommend

The quality feels really bad. The sponge-like gusset shifts around and folds in half, which is exactly the area this product is supposed to fix. Because of that, it doesn’t actually do what it claims to do. The material feels cheap and plasticky, even though it’s advertised as organic and breathable. Yes, I'm getting tons of emails and ads from them. More so, after looking through the reviews on their website and here in Trustpilot, it felt off to me. A lot of the reviews here say almost the same thing and while the website says there are 6,000 reviews, they're only a few visible on their website. Something feels fishy.
Update: I did NOT place an order with Olorawear.com, which does not even exist. The order was from them. Brands that rely on deceptive marketing, fake reviews, and low quality products should not be tolerated.
