I ordered a side table that stated in…
I ordered a side table that stated in stock item delivered within 4 days.
7 days later I emailed to chase only to be advised a damaged item was delivered by the supplier another had been ordered. (This item still shows as in stock on the website)
Again week later I had to chase.
No response
Finally I requested a cancellation and refund only to be advised the item has now been shipped.
Still nothing! Called and apparently the item was not shipped to me but them.
Refund requested which was agreed - no refund received.
A month later I have had to get my refund from PayPal.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. We completely understand how disappointing it is when an order is delayed, especially when you were expecting it within a set timeframe.
In this case, the delay was due to the supplier delivering a damaged item to us. We would never want to send an item to a customer that was in less than perfect condition, so we had to wait for a replacement before we could proceed. Unfortunately, this caused delays that were outside of our control, and we appreciate that this should have been communicated to you more promptly.
Regarding your refund, once a PayPal case is opened, we’re unable to issue the refund directly from our side until PayPal has completed its investigation and released the funds back to you. This process is managed by PayPal and the banking system, but we do our best to help move it along as quickly as possible.
We’re sorry your experience didn’t reflect the service we aim to provide, and we will use your feedback to improve our communication and processes moving forward.

Disgusting service if item is faulted
And then all circumstances use this company if you are purchasing a light
I purchased an LED light and unfortunately my house purchase was put back as soon as we got the house an e electrician installed it only to find that one of the LED lights was not working
After contacting the company, a lady called Melody told me I only had seven days to return a faulty item which does not comply with the statutory rights
And also because it looked as if I had installed it and used it, (I had installed it and put the light on to find the fault )
I could not return it!!
I’m absolutely disgusted at the service that I have received with this company. It may be good if you do not have faulted items, however, if the item is faulty you may struggle to get a replacement.
Don’t even try to use the telephone number as no one answers the phone it goes to voicemail and no one returns your call
Really disappointed as I had gone into trustpilot and looked at reviews and could not believe the response I received from Melodie!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after the delay in your house purchase.
Our returns policy, as stated in our terms and conditions, requires faults to be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can address them promptly. We also cannot normally accept returns for items that have been installed and used, as they are no longer in their original condition.
However, on this occasion, we were flexible and arranged for your item to be collected and refunded as a gesture of goodwill, despite it falling outside of our standard policy.
We also apologise if you had difficulty reaching us by phone. Our team works hard to respond to all voicemails and emails as quickly as possible.
We regret that your experience has left you feeling disappointed, but we do hope this resolution has helped to bring the matter to a close.

I loved these cushions with the big, stylish bow as soon as I saw them. They were delivered promptly and securely packaged. They are sumptuous and velvety to the touch and are a beautiful addition to my master bedroom. I would highly recommend them.
