DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING PLACE NOT EVEN AUSTRALIAN BASED

Do not buy from this seller! They will provide missing items as well as incorrect sizes and in some cases send the same sized item twice when purchasing a larger size. I purchased a XL and received something that looked like it was made for a juvenile and then when purchasing a 3xl (even though I’m not even that size) they still send me the same sized dress but with a different size tags. There customer care team doesn’t respond or offer any solutions. This site is a SCAM

I ordered what I thought was a “Melbourne-based” item from Olivia Johnsen because the site, ads, and even the checkout page all bragged about fast local shipping. Within a day my tracking popped up as CN → AU. That’s right—straight out of China, not Melbourne.

Bait-and-switch shipping: If I’d known the parcel was coming from Shenzhen, I’d have bought the exact same product on AliExpress for half the price.

Snail-speed delivery: What was promised as “2-4 business days” ballooned into almost three weeks in limbo. Zero proactive updates—just a string of vague auto-emails telling me to “be patient.”

Customer-service ghost town: My polite emails asking for clarification went unanswered. I even tried the phone number listed on the site—straight to voicemail every time.

Return nightmare: Their return policy says “easy returns at our Melbourne warehouse,” but the fine print (buried in their T&Cs) demands you ship the item back to a random address in Guangzhou—at your own cost.

Quality mismatch: When the package finally landed, the product was nothing like the polished photos: flimsy materials, cheap stitching, and packaging covered in Chinese labels.

In my opinion, this borders on fraudulent advertising. If you value honest shipping info, responsive support, and basic quality control, skip Olivia Johnsen and spend your money elsewhere

Dress is utter crap. Nothing at all like the pictures on the website. Took forever to get here from CHINA even though they advertise as having a store in Australia. If I could give a lower score than 1 I would. Waste of money. SCAM SITE!!

Do not buy from this company. I am still waiting for a refund for an item that was no delivered after purchasing, email saying it was out of stock. Still waiting 2 months later. I have tried contacting them by their website and their support email with no response to date.

I so wish that I’d read the reviews before buying from this scam site. They won’t offer refunds on their appalling products. Store credits only. Bitterly disappointed. Even their fabric descriptions are a lie.

Complete scam - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered jacket which, when arrived didn’t look anything like the picture / terrible quality sizing etc (similar to other reviews). Trying to get refund but Customer service email just bounces back, phone number is for France and never connects.
I will be trying to claim through my bank. Please do not purchase anything from them!

Bought what I thought was a beautiful Rayon dress from Olivia Johnsen boutique in Collins street Melbourne to wear to wedding. Arrived 3 weeks later from China, a dirty piece of polyester rag, looks nothing like dress, smelt awful. Wrong design, even the pattern was all wrong. Have
tried to ring, phone number says France, can't connect. Sent email, can't deliver as inbox being re vamped or some other lie. TOTAL SCAM. Have reported. Wanting someone to see if the boutique exists in Collins Street, Melbourne.

Complete scam. What I received bore little resemblance to what I ordered: different size, different style. When I queried this I was blocked. Fortunately my bank agreed and refunded my payment. If I could leave fewer stars I would...

I ordered two dresses. The order took two months to be delivered One dress was delivered one T-shirt that I never ordered I contacted Olivia Johnson received an email And that they would send out the missing dress That was two months ago. I have received nothing. When I email the Support, my email is bounced back absolutely terrible, particularly when there are so many good online services these days

I ordered 2 linen dresses which I paid $65 AUD each . They arrived at different times, and they are polyester, horrible, looks lime shein product but worse they are basically polyester sacks . . Have contacted seller and no response. I have been ripped off big time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

This business is an absolute scam - order at your own risk! I ordered a dress that took forever to arrive (shipped from China). Looks like something from Temu, looks absolutely nothing like the picture, colour is completely different and material looks cheap. Paid over $100 for the item. To make matters worse- their customer service is non responsive.
I am escalating to the appropriate forums in Australia and will be writing reviews in as many social media groups as possible to warn people - if the company can return my correspondence and arrange a refund I will remove this review.

Don't buy from this site as their return policy is you pay to have it sent back to China , once you have done that they then block your emails and there is no Australian phone number or store in Melbourne as advertised , really pi....d off.

Fabric not the same as in description. I bought 4 garments in 3xl,as per size chart, the 2 dresses are so big that 2 of me would fit in and the 2 pant suits would fit a size 10. I have contacted company via their Web site with no answers as yet.
