Terrible customer service when there's a product issue
My sister ordered the Beaded Birthstone Initial Charm Bracelet as a Christmas gift. It didn't come on time for Christmas. I got it first weekend in February. Had it for a week, and it literally fell apart right off my wrist. I contacted Olivia Jewelry on February 15 on how to get a replacement, and it’s now been an over a month-long ordeal. The first replacement I was sent was missing the initial; I responded back to Mary from the company who I had been corresponding with, and she said that since the initial was still attached to the broken bracelet, they only replaced the bracelet and the stone, which had fallen out as well.
I said that was unacceptable, as I was not going to remove the initial from the broken bracelet, nor should I have to. Asked her to escalate to a supervisor, and I just got an initial charm in the mail. This is utterly ridiculous. Again; I should not have to repair the bracelet, I don’t have the tools to do it properly, which means I’d have to take it to a jewelry store and pay to have it done. They do not stand behind their products. Abysmal customer service. I first emailed on February 16, it is now March 25!! Don't buy from this company. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I can’t believe the AMAZING customer care
I can’t believe the service. I bought a bracelet for myself that had my birthstone in it. It fell out. I made a comment randomly on someone’s post. The customer care team got in touch with me and insisted that they will replace the charm. AND THEY DID! For free. Extraordinary! And through my door it came today. I am so happy for the service and kindness.

I purchased 4 bracelets with different birth stones as a gift and I was suppose to receive I free tennis bracelets. I sent them a email saying that I didn't receive the FREE tennis bracelets. They asked me to send a picture, how do you send a picture of a free bracelets that you haven't received? The white padded mailing bag could only fit 4 boxes. I also didn't want t to ask the other 3 people for the gifts back. I will never buy anything from them or recommend them. One of the bracelets I gave as a gift broke within a week of me giving it to them. You would have thought I was saying I didn't receive one of the ones I purchased. I didn't buy mines from the tiktok shop I brought them directly from there website.

Three defective rings
Ordered a ring with three birth stones in it, October 2025. It took weeks to arrive. Wore it out to dinner for the first time and one of the stones fell out. Sent a photo to customer service and was told they’d dispatch another one promptly. Took another 4 weeks to be received. Then a different stone in my replacement ring fell out. I contacted customer service and told them that obviously their quality is poorly and I’d like them to refund me for my order. They said no, they’d just keep replacing the ring. 8th January 2026 my third replacement ring was “promptly dispatched” and we are now at 6 weeks with no replacement having arrived. Poor quality. Save your time and money, I wish I had read the reviews first.

All different sizes arrived, two returned for refund and the return address supplied was so ridiculous, AusPost advised it being fake.
Needless to say, the returned items are sitting in China Customs for over a month. So indeed a fake address and no refund provided by this company!

Returned jewellery after Christmas as Daughter didn’t like. Spoke to customer services who advised me, sent back recorded delivery to Australia (£18) and have since had parcel returned to sender (me) and no response from Olivia jewellery. So £121 + £18 it has cost me so far. Very poor customer service and returns
Olivia Jewellery have since contacted me and have actually now acted very promptly, apologised and given me a refund for which I’m very grateful and appreciate them getting in touch. Chloe, was very helpful in the end

The website was really easy to use and the photos of the products were clear, giving the buyer a good idea of what the product would look like on them.
Dispatch was very fast, and the piece of jewellery were perfectly parcel and total intact. That was a must as I bought the jewellery as a Christmas present for my daughter.
I love some of the simple sleek designs of the jewellery. Stylish and noticeable.
