Difficult to return
I wish I would have read everyones reviews before ordering. The quality and fit are poor and its impossible to return without incurring high cost. They desperately try to get you to order something else for free, but you pay the shipping. Its ridiculous. They are not in London. you have to send pictures of the item and send in original package. Lesson learn.

Not receiving my money back!
I returned a watch and asked for refund. They would refund the money to my original debit card. Unfortunately, the debit card was stolen and no longer active and no longer with that bank. OB refused to credit me the $142 to my new debit card or issue me a check. (Per their store policy) So, I asked them to credit my account, and I would choose another watch. They also refused to do this. I told them that I no longer was with the same bank. They said they would send the credit to that closed bank and that I would need to work it out getting the $142!! I'm so disappointed and I consider my money stolen from OB. Hopefully, others will not be put in this unpleasant situation.
Poor quality product
My partner bought me a lovey OB bracelet and I then decided to get myself a matching pair of earrings. Unfortunately after about 6 months of occasional wear, 3 of the four little bees came off. I then emailed OB and asked for a replacement. A gentleman called Nikko couldn’t be nicer and swiftly arranged for the earrings to be replaced even though OB doesn’t provide guarantee on earrings. This was last summer. Yet again, 2 of the bees came off by Christmas. Even though I only wear the earrings occasionally. Poor quality for £50.

Great Designs - Appalling Customer Service.
Returned a watch under their advertised returns policy. Constant chasing for the refund was met with a range of different excuses before falling silent. Fortunately, I had purchased on my credit card. So, put a claim in through them. The Halifax were fantastic at getting a resolution. Took 2 months from return to refund though.
Best avoided in my opinion.

Bought a bracelet and the clasp was faulty and fell off my wrist, contacted customer service and they were not interested. I received a beautiful pair of earrings…
I received a beautiful pair of earrings from OB as well as other items. Unfortunately one was faulty and a piece went missing due to this.
I emailed the company who emailed back within 24 hours and they have been fantastic.
No hassle and are sending me out a replacement.
Over the moon, a lot of companies would dismiss this sort of thing.
The customer service staff Hya was very friendly and very eager to help.

Avoid at all cost
I would definitely give this company a zero if I could I purchased a necklace in December for my daughter's Xmas it came and sent it back the same day as the quality was shocking the delivery date was the 11th they recieved it back on the 12th as I posted it same day I received by recorded delivery which cost £10 I am yet still waiting for a refund iv emailed and emailed the excuse they have come out with are just laughable guys please do not order from this company.
Do not buy this brand
Do not buy this brand. We took the watch in to get resized and the guy told us the watch was broken just by looking at it. He said it'll be covered by warranty for certain.
OB said because we'd gone to a watch specialist it voided our warranty. I don't think resizing a watch voids warranty - and neither does consumer rights. The fact OB refused our warranty claim on a broken watch they sent us is just astonishing.
We persisted and threatened legal action and finally they have decided to send a new watch but have claimed we won't be able to claim warranty on this one - they really don't know UK consumer law, so I'd recommend pushing back against them and threatening legal action if you have a similar issue.
Exceptional and Outstanding Customer Service
I had an outstanding and exceptional customer service experience with Nik! He replied to my emails quickly, patiently guided me through troubleshooting, and clearly explained the process. He even helped cancel my return and process my refund smoothly. His professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made me feel truly supported. Thanks to Nik, I will definitely be a returning customer!
Disappointed
Bought a cute bunny watch from a jewellers in Doncaster no more than 6 years ago. One by one the hour markers fell off and floated loosely around the watch face. The mesh bracelet part (gold coloured) tarnished badly too. Really disappointed as I loved this watch when I bought it.
Scam customers
£150 watch received….not working….website says try a new battery…I did, watch worked, battery cost £33. Company refuses to accept any responsibility and now warranty is void because I got a new battery in it.

Item never received
My order never arrived and very little support received from customer services. A replacement item is not possible as it is now out of stock and they will not offer a refund. Instead I have been asked to select another item up to same the value. There is nothing else that I want and I am not convinced that it would arrive anyway. Asked again for a refund but refused.
Appalling company
Appalling company. Item arrived badly packed and faulty - I am still trying to get my money back - Whoever monitors the emails seems not to understand the word faulty or Uk trading law

I have ordered twice (gifts) in past and received items and after 12mths items are as still as intended. Knocked 1 star as pair earrings gold look has really darkened Vs another pair which still looks like new.

Placed an order for some earrings and received an email confirming the order would be dispatched within 1-3 days. Two weeks later no earrings so I contacted customer service to be told they had cancelled the order for 'technical reasons'. No refund had been issued.

Items purchased have been returned and received back by OB however no refund given despite assurances I would be given a full refund. Just fobbed off and passed from department to department which are most likely fake and no customer service helpline which sends alarm bells ringing. I just wish I’d read these other similar reviews before wasting my money and time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Returned an item which was confirmed as being received on 11th September and still not received the refund. Just repeatedly told that it has been passed to another team. Really very poor and will not recommend. Had the item back but feel that they are reluctant to refund.
