All arrived on time as expected

Everything was perfect except, in your selling mail the price was in pounds, but on your webpage, the price in Swedish crowns was much higher. That was confusing and I therefore had to make two phone calls to you. I guess the reason is because of Brexit and so on, but it was confusing. Anyway I loved the Jumper.

The assistant in the shop was very pleasant and helpful, but didn’t pressure me to buy.
I soon saw what I was looking for, the fit is excellent, I love the design and the detailing. I’ll be wearing it again today.
I have been an Oliver Spencer customer for many years, as the clothes are good quality and the designs a little out of the ordinary.

Ordering was easy and trouble free. Goods arrived on time and were well packaged and presented. I will definitely be using the Oliver Spencer portal in future.

Even though to accepting worn ( bit clean) O.S clothing back for the all natural fibres to be shredded and reused in return for O.S vouchers for their shops and products. Don't know of any other businesses which have the same sustainable development which benefits the environment and the customer.

Beautiful trousers. The linen fabric is so soft. The shape is just what I was looking for, a slightly baggy leg shape.
Waist-wise, they're slightly on the small side and there isn’t the option to have the waistband adjusted. But I love them.

Oliver Spencer always dispatch orders quickly and they arrive very fast. These vests are great, exactly as described.

Delivery was fast and easy to track. Sizing guides were easy to use and accurate and the quality of the garments was very high.

All things generally excellent in terms of user experience, site design, range, style etc. Just a little deflated by the quality of the garment when received. Weight of cloth, button quality and finishing - all fine and 8/10 but for a coat at circa £400 I'd hoped for a 9 or 10/10.
