I ordered two beautifully made top quality dresses in the sale (in keeping with all the other Oliver Bonas purchases I’ve made.) I had them delivered to a local store for ease of collection. I was kept informed of parcel status to point of pick up. Great experience all round. Happy customer!!!

The product has taken nearly a month to deliver. this was not explained at purchase

Pretty poor service, no updates while you wait for adelivery company to be in touch, took nearly 3 weeks and then another 7 days to get it booked in. The process should improve where customers get a weekly update rather than a marketing email everyday, even if it's just a "we haven't forgotten about you" the item hasn't been delivered yet so the review could get worse. I'll stick to ordering the smaller items from yourself in the future as you have great products.

Just received my red denim jumpsuit in size 6, love the colour and fit. Can be worn dressy or casual. Looking forward to purchasing more jumpsuits like this!

The problem of being delivered a broken item was resolved without question. My comments about the terrible packaging that caused the item to break were listened to and the replacement item was packaged appropriately.

Quickly dispatched, safely packed and product as described . Very pleased with my purchase.

The products are great but the amount of packaging used was wild. The lemon hooks arrived in a HUGE box filled with paper and then encased in another box and more paper it was ridiculous and quite wasteful.

That was one of my best shopping experiences I ever had! I ordered it Sunday and it was there Monday lunchtime ❤️ it did state two days delivery so I wasn’t it expecting before Tuesday or even Wednesday. I was so happy when I got back from work 😁 beautiful boots from anonymous Copenhagen for such an amazing price. £100 off and in my size. Happy customer

One of the two glasses I ordered arrived smashed in the box. The outer packaging didn't seem damaged so perhaps the internal packaging needs improving. There's no bubble wrap for example, just a lot of tissue paper inside cardboard boxes. When I reported the breakage the customer service team were helpful in suggesting that they might have spares, which they confirmed they did after a day or two. This was dispatched free of charge. However, what arrived as a packet of small screws and not a glass! I then contacted customer services again, who checked for spares again, and said they didn't have any so I got a full refund. With the offer that if I ordered again and told customer services the order number they would refund the postage.

The glass itself is a nice product, a good design and looks stylish. But my what a faff.

Ordered a bag for my daughters birthday on Friday afternoon and got it Wednesday quick and easy ordering and delivery

I recently moved house & gave away my gin glasses. However 6 months later I found these excellent replacements! Big enough for a decent G&T yet compact & not easily knocked over. Love them
