Four years working there then made redundant. They make a big thing of looking after staff, mental health etc but truth is when the chips were down they made minimal effort to help me, despite knowing I might lose my home due to losing my job. It was nothing but platitudes when I feel they could have done more if they really cared about their staff as they make out they do. They don't.
