The service level with my online purchase, along with the timing with shipping was excellent, my order was received within a week in good condition.

Fantastic EVOO! Highly recommend!

Ordered on 12/10/2025 - spent over $100 to get free shipping, could not get tracking information after a week. Contacted Customer Service that forcing customers to use Shop app to track was a problem. Was told they would talk to IT and get back to me. Order arrived two weeks later - over 10 days late. Never received an update, later was told it went "economy" shipping. When I asked why it was so late to ship and why they did not then expedite - no response. Packaging was poor and overdone - bad for the environment which goes against the companies stated ECO-friendly policies.

Always impressed by their selection of the best olive oils and their novellos have been a huge hit this season with my friends and family. Great service, speed and packaging!

I joined the club this month and was excited to receive my first order. It came damaged as it was mailed with a thin box and one very thin piece of bubble wrap. When I sent them photos that the bottle had leaked out all over the box they offered me 20% off or to return it for a replacement. I was NOT impressed that they did not just offer to replace it. Once I complained they then offered a replacement but I had already joined another club due to their POOR SERVICE. Cancelled membership after one delivery. If you cannot give better customer service, stop selling.

I have placed numerous orders with this company and have appreciated the quality of their oil until this month. I ordered a large bottle of Spanish olive oil thinking that it was first cold pressed in a glass container. When it arrived I saw that it was a plastic bottle and it was not marked first cold pressed, simply cold pressed and there was no harvest date. Be careful.

I ordered from this website last year and never received my items. The same thing happened again this year, and now I’m trying to contact them, but I can’t reach anyone. I believe this may be a scam. In any case, I want to report that I never received my order. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card.

Fantastic Greek olive oil, so much better than store bought EVOO costing the same. My first order from this company. Great delivery & customer service, but the oil stole the show!

UPS apparently misplaced my order, which was a gift for a relative. Olive Oil Lovers immediately shipped a replacement order upon my request. This was super appreciated, and my relative loved the olive oil and gift box!

My husband and I are huge olive oil enthusiasts, and we absolutely love Olive Oil Lovers! We’ve tried several of their varieties, and each one has been unique and delicious, from the rich and fruity to the bold and peppery. The whole experience was so easy—from ordering to shipping to the moment the box arrived at our door. We use their olive oils for everything, from drizzling over fresh bread to cooking, and they never disappoint. If you love high-quality olive oil, you won’t be disappointed!

Olive Oil Lovers has amazing oil. I purchased oil from them because it was a unique and I appreciated the variety of oils they sold - which I can rarely find elsewhere. She oils came well protected in bubble wrap inside of a small box that was then protected in another larger shipping box. I did try and order a e-gift card as part of my order and the email with the gift card went into my SPAM account - which I didn't see. I emailed their customer service and withing 30 minutes I had a response and a new email with the gift certificate! Kudos to their customer service. I'll definitely be back to buy more oil.

I was searching for a nice bottle of olive oil to give my son-in-law for Christmas. I searched Amazon and read reviews of some of their pricier ones, where several people commented on the short expiration dates. So, I researched and found Olive Oil Lovers. I was excited to find what I thought would be a good choice. The order arrived and the bottle I bought had an expiration date of 10/2025, not even a full year from purchase date. Now it is a week before Christmas and I am very disappointed. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift. Sticking to Amazon from now on. Waiting to hear from the company about this.

Easy to purchase online. The quality of the olive oil appears to be high. I just started purchasing from OOL and have no complaints thus far.

Excellent experience. All EVOO bottles came in perfect condition. I have enjoyed the variety and quality of the oils that I ordered. I take a 2-tablespoon shot every morning. While I cannot speak to their customer service (not needed in my case), which I'm sure is great, you can 100% trust this company; they are now my go-to supplier for all EVOOs in the future. I'll be looking forward to trying more.

For those interested, these are the EVOOs I ordered with a brief review of each:
1. Quattrociocchi Superbo Organic - most potent of them all; stings the back of your throat and leaves a pretty strong aftertaste. This has the highest polyphenols of all the EVOOs I ordered so no surprise there. This was not my favorite for my purposes but is worth trying if you like a very robust oil. I will be trying this brand's sampler to see if I enjoy any of their other offerings more.
2. Oleoestepa Estepa Virgen w/ Box - This is by far my favorite EVOO in terms of presentation and elegance. This would make an incredible gift to anyone who likes EVOO. The flavor is more subtle than the oil above. I could see myself loving this oil as a shot or with cooking. Great offering and will be ordering more.
3. Rincón de la Subbética - This is my second favorite in terms of packaging. The long neck functionally helps with getting the right amount. While the flavor is a bit too strong for me (similar to #1 but not quite as robust...in my opinion, I did enjoy this one and think it would be a better EVOO for cooking than for shots.
4. Oro Bailen Reserva Familiar Picual - This EVOO is the smoothest and tastiest oil of the selection I have. I could easily see myself using this every day, as a shot, cooking, submerging myself in a bath of this, etc... Even the bottle is aesthetically pleasing in a unique way. The other bonus is the price. I plan on eventually ordering this in a metal tin with more volume in the future, as I liked it so much.

Been doing business with this place for years every time they do something shady pricing selling old oil selling wholesale they have an excuse they need competition

I bought "Crete Gold 3L Tin" olive oil last May and it was of good quality. When I placed part of the olive oil in the refrigerator, it solidified. However, on Black Friday in November, I purchased another 5L of the same olive oil because it was on sale. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor. It did not solidify after I placed it into the refrigerator. It had a very light color and taste, and my husband experienced diarrhea many times after consuming it. I strongly suspect that this olive oil is adulterated and not 100% pure olive oil. I do not recommend purchasing it. Olive Oil Lovers, please refund.
