I ordered a necklace and pair of earrings last minute before my wedding and they arrived with plenty of time. I emailed customer service when I was concerned about the delivery timing and they expedited the packaging process to get it shipped out faster for me. Jewelry is beautiful and I can’t wait to wear I’m a couple days for the wedding.

I ordered two pairs of earrings and they were so beautiful. I was concerned about one earring where the flower was kind of swirly and I thought it possibly could come detached eventually from the earring (though I don't know that it would have). I sent them a video of it and they sent me a new pair! Even though it was not actually broken and just seemed loose. That's great service. I'll definitely order from them again! Their earrings are stunning and of high quality! I am having trouble pacing myself because there are so many I love!

I absolutely loved all of the pieces I have bought from Olive & Piper! I got my necklace, earrings, & bracelet for my wedding day from them! They are gorgeous, great quality, and will give me the extra sparkle I need! Not to mention their customer support is amazing! I was worried about getting an item off the waitlist and they reassured me everything would turn out okay, and it did!

Love Olive and Piper! I came across them while looking for new jewelry to wear at my nephew’s wedding in Florence. I could not have been happier with my purchase, the Blair drops are gorgeous and the Nigella bracelet goes with them beautifully. This week I received 2 Alaia pendants, one for me one for my pearl-loving sister. Again the product is on point, in addition the shipping is fast and customer service is prompt and professional. I bought the Augustine earrings for my wedding coming up this September. They are stunning and unlike any other earrings, I found. I can't wait to wear them at my wedding. The shipping was incredibly fast. I placed my order yesterday and they arrived this morning. Custom signed card thanking me for my order and great packaging. Olive and Piper is a great small business!

Amazing experience!

I just received my order a few days ago and I am in LOVE. I purchased a few pairs of earrings, a necklace, and a bracelet for my bridal shower and wedding. Absolutely stunning pieces. I had a small issue during my initial purchase, but customer service was incredibly helpful and responded within 10 minutes. Kathrine was wonderful - she guided me through the issue and even kept in touch through until I received my order.

Jewelry was pretty, but my necklace broke after wearing only three times due to constant twisting of chain… quality/durability of pieces is lacking.

Planning a wedding means you have a million things to plan & planning a wedding in four months’ time is absolutely hectic and stressful. I had forgotten to plan for my jewelry but it wasn’t hard to think of Olive & Piper given I wear their jewelry almost on a daily basis. About a week before my wedding day, I reached out to Olive & Piper, Tania to be exact, for help with styling for my day and night look and for my mother. She came through immediately and thankfully O&P is local so I got to pick up my jewelry in person without delays. When I picked up my jewelry, it was packed so beautifully with a cute note for my beautiful day to come. So many people complimented my looks on the wedding day, particularly my jewelry. I love that O&P jewelry is so versatile, you can dress up with it or dress down. So you can bet, I am still wearing my O&P wedding jewelry regularly! What a reasonably priced jewelry store for all occasions. Oh and recently, I’m so obsessed with their tote bag.

I purchased jewelry for my wedding day and for the events leading up to my wedding (engagement photoshoot, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, etc.). What was amazing was that the package only took 3 business days to arrive <3

I had totally forgotten to consider my jewelry because of all the hecticness surrounding planning a wedding...so ordered last minute. The service, delivery, and quality of the pieces were excellent.

I also love that I can wear my jewelry daily and not just for special occasions! I got the tatum studs, porter studs, mina hoops (wear these daily), mini lucy necklace, and della studs.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my wedding and they were perfection! The earrings were such great quality, more than what I expected, as it's always tough to tell from photos only. The design was really pretty and they were the perfect accessory to complete my look.

What I love is that I am able to still wear those earrings for holidays and other occasions and they are still timeless and gorgeous.

While Olive & Piper does a great job positioning themselves as a small, woman-owned jewelry business for special occasions, I was really disappointed in the quality and customer service I received. I bought these earrings and only wore them a handful of times before the back fell off. If I would have paid $20 and under I would have expected that, but at $52 I reached out to see if there was anything their customer service could do to make it right. I was told "We definitely stand by our pieces and agree that your earrings should not have broken after only wearing them a few times" but they wouldn't do anything to make it right given I was outside of the 90-day return policy. Multiple times in email correspondence they reminded me that they were a small business, which is pretty laughable given their annual revenue is $5.4 million.
Bottom line, not worth the price if they don't actually stand by their product and not a small business. There's multiple other reviewing that mention the disappointing quality that I wish I would have read before purchasing.

I purchased a pair of earrings from Olive and Piper, and almost immediately 3 of the rhinestones from one of the earrings fell out. Unfortunately I waited too long to reach out, as life happens and I was busy, and I was told that they could not replace the defective item because I was outside of their time window. Funny thing is, only one of the earrings had rhinestones fall out.... the other was fine. There was NO excessive wear and tear--I had only worn the earrings 6 or 7 times. The damaged earring was clearly defective. I sent pictures of the pair, and only asked for the ONE damaged earring to be replaced. Olive and Piper cited 'being a small business' as one of the reasons they could not replace my defective earring. Small business or not, if you send an item that is immediately damaged, you should make it right. These were beautiful earrings and I'm upset I barely got the wear them.
