Service has changed --
I had ordered from this store several times with satisfactory results. Recently, however, my experience has taken a turn. I had ordered a t-shirt with other items, waited a month, and was not contacted by the store. Finally I contacted them and they admitted the item was sold out, and upon pushing they finally issued a refund (they tried to make me take a different t-shirt first). Now, I am in the situation where I made another order, the shirt was sent immediately, but the skirt - which they have been advertising widely - is saying "preparing for shipping" on my order page, since Sept 22. I contacted them again and the response is as follows: "Thank you so much for your order. We've received your email regarding an update to you order. We are expecting a shipment of the leopard skirt within the next 2 weeks and we will ship it out as soon as it arrives. Thank you for your patience, we're sure you'll love it!" Now, I am quite certain they are playing sleight of hand. They are advertising items they don't have in stock, and are not informing customers that these are really preorders. I am not amused, I want the order canceled immediately, and I will no longer order from this dishonest company.
