I ordered a mini bubble trampoline and it never arrived. I tried to contact Olivayu but the website is no longer online. I paid with a debit card ( Santander)
I contacted my bank to report this transaction and a week later I’ve had a refund. So it's worth phoning your bank to report it.

Same as everyone else. Horrified to have been scammed like this. Placed an order for a double sided magnetic Lego white board. The website no longer exists and the Instagram posts have been deleted.

Purchased a bubble bouncer, clicked the track my order link and the page is no longer available, emailed the support page and the email did not send as the email address provided is inactive.

Ordered a Miffy light six weeks ago, no sign so clink the link to track it and the website no longer exists.

Will be disputing with my card company.

We are a school and ordered a Duplo Double-sided board with stand. Thought it was taking a while to come then tried to click on the 'Track my Order' button and got a message that the website no longer exists. Seems that we have been scammed out of our resource budget!! Be careful people!!

As others have experienced, I placed an order that never arrived. 'Venessa' said full refund would be given as the truck transporting my order had a crash. Shameful.

I ordered the Bubble Bouncer. I emailed the Seller a few days later to get an ETA - was told by Venessa that it was lost in transit and I would get a refund. It’s been over a week and no refund. Total SCAM! Olivayu doesn’t sell things - they’re thieves! Venessa is stealing everyone’s money. I learned my lesson - will stick with Amazon!

Have been speaking with a Vanessa from the very start 7/28/25. Never received tracking. She apologized and said they will resend item immediately. When still nothing, was told I would have full refund on 8/22/25. Now site is closed and no longer responding to emails.

It's a scam. I ordered a Labubu waterbottle on 8/5/2025 but never received it. So disappointing.

This company is bogus. A Vanessa said it was in its way and now no website. What a scam I have contacted my credit card company already but these people are thieves.

Placed an order for a kids bouncer. Order received and email said I would be informed when the item is shipped. Clicked the link to view my order, site does not exist. Do not buy from this site.

Oh my god, I contacted with the seller Venessa within one month. She replied me as normal as the shipment has delayed and promised that make a full refund for me. Today I curiously click on the link of the website, it shows it’s not found. Oh no it’s a scam, I am so stupid to trust them.

Ordering magnetic board for my kids. Got the email and said that the product shipped.
And few days later couldn’t open the link neither their Instagram. Never buy from this guy!

I purchased an activity board for my children, the payment went through and I even got shipment details…. Then the website disappeared and so did the shipping link. It’s a scam website, if the price is too good to be true it most likely is the case.
