Have been with Olin for about a year and have had no issues until today. Lost my WiFi on my fibre plan. Contacted them around noon, they had people out by 3pm, new fibre line installed outside where the problem was as all back up and running by 4pm. Honestly very impressed with them so far. Always been very responsive and perfect for my needs.

We have had an awful experience since the beginning 6 weeks ago. Olin disconnected our service to provide service to another neighbour. This took 12 days and copious phone calls to rectify but the service is unreliable and irratic suggesting a terrible installation and no access to their tv as promised. This week again we have issues. We are told it is a general outage which is not correct as we checked with neighbours. The general outage was fixed but ours is still not fixed. They do not listen after 15 phone calls they treat us as children. Today they finally responded saying we have an issue, hurrah which they will aim to fix in 72 hours. They have known about our issue since Monday and not listened. We just want the service they promised with a proper and reliable installation

For five years I have had the internet service and paid my bill by transfer so that I am paid a month in front. I received a text three months ago and had to pay a late fee of 10 euro. Despite calling and complaining I was informed to make a complaint I need to go to the office which is not ethical over 10 euro. I then paid 50 euro to get the bill up to date and be ahead again a month. This has then resulted in two further late fees. I have never had a problem before and paid on time every time with a credit balance. There is no way to complain and the agents do not wish to deal with the complaint just advise how to avoid it in future. Pretty disgusting American company in Spain taking money from me and am in financial difficulties at the moment.

I got an email without warning that my internet was cancelled due to an unpaid invoice in 2022. I have paid every month for years automatically.
Andrés from customer service could inform me, that it was a mistake and I had no outstanding invoices. However, to reopen the internet I had to sign up for a new 12 months minimum contract and for a more expensive internet.
I think this company will loose clients faster than you can say "5G".

Further to my last post. I have now been without Internet for 6 days. I did as you recommended and phoned 1560 FOUR times. They cannot give me any information. They do not know what is happening, they say they have been told that the engineers are working on it. They are not, they have not been here or to my street. They say they do not know anything and cannot help me. I would like Head Office to intervene immediately and sort this out.
