Avoid Oleander: No Delivery, No Replies

Ordered a Christmas tree scheduled for delivery on 3 December. I chased Oleander repeatedly on the 3rd and 4th but never received a clear update on when it would arrive.
By the 5th, after more silence, I asked to cancel the order and request a refund. Since then, no one has responded to phone calls or WhatsApp messages.

For a purchase of AED 950, this level of customer service is incredibly unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs — far better options elsewhere.

Terrible service

Terrible service

Delivery in the evening despite having requested for 8am and having paid for that. If I hadn't handled things from my end across a continent they still might not have been delivered... how hard can it be to deliver to a hotel, call the concierge etc?? Why should I have to do it from the other side if the world?? I gave all necessary info!

Extremely dissatisfied!!
