Generally I am pleased with the value of Old Navy products - they don't last that long but the kids are growing fast and there are always good sales. This time, however, my son has only worn his jeans a few times, and the fly seam ripped out while he was playing a board game with his friends...seriously?! I checked the receipt and unfortunately it's just over a month since I bought them.
My package wasn’t delivered to me
My package wasn’t delivered to me, tracking has no proof of delivery (99% of the time there is a picture, but not this time), it said it was handed to customer, which it wasn’t. Made me wait 3 days to file a form only to conclude they can’t refund me. I was lucky it was a $ 12.90 top, I guess that’s how cheap they are now. That’s the last time I order from them since I can’t trust my packages will be delivered and I will get any help if they aren’t. Seems completely unreasonable to me but I guess that the way they do business, what a joke
Old Navy...Horrible customer service, they stole my money!
I ordered 3 pairs and only received 2. I make the claim, which was a lot of work because I have to call, then fill out a form, and then wait for someone of you review it and give their conclusion. The conclusion was "We're unfortunately unable to refund your order". First customer assistance, treated me like the package was sent complete when it wasn't. I paid for an item that never arrived and I made the claim. They don't want to send me the item or give me my money back or gift card with the money that I already paid. I've shopped at Old Navy so many times for both my family and me, but we will never shop there again. You guys stole my money because the pants were never sent to me. It doesn't matter if it was $5 or $100. I paid for merchandise that was never received. This has never happened to me before. It's a shame that such a well-known store doesn't want to send me the pants or give me a refund. I pay for that already for this!
Super uncomfortable sandals
I liked the style of the fisherman sandals I bought. But after wearing them for a day, my feet are in such a bad state. I don’t think it’s just a case of wearing them in, the backs rubbed against my heels and basically
took a layer of skin off. I can’t return them since they were a sale item.
Sent wet moldy clothes
They sent me wet moldy clothes still in the sealed plastic packaging. I asked for an exchange, they told me to return them to the store. But the store does not have any of the clothes in stock that's why I contacted ON customer service in the first place. All I want is for them to send me the clothes that I ordered. And if I return them to the store, I cannot get the sale price for the tops. Very dodgy way of treating customers. I even showed them pictures of the tops in plastic with black mold growing on the tops.
Do Better!!
I love Old Navy!! I do not like when something is missing in a package how it is handled. If something wasn’t sent and your store still has it reship me my items that were forgotten in the package. Returning to replace money is not always the solution. It shouldn’t matter that store is not offering that sale anymore. I purchased them so that means I wanted them and not just go without.
Missing most of order
Placed a large order online. They stated it was delivered and I only got 1 item out of 15 items and they won't resend or refund my order. Awful customer services. Do Better OLD Navy!

Old Navy just lost another customer
Old Navy just lost another customer. I ordered 8 items online and received all 8 within a week. So good experience upfront. I went to the Cedar Knolls NJ store last night to return 5 of the items. No issues until the white t-shirt I ordered, received and wanted to return didn’t show up in the order on their system. Turns out I was sent the Everywhere v-neck white t-shirt, but the sku number on the shirt didn’t match the order. Somehow it turns into my issue to handle because the employee told me I need to contact customer service. I asked for a manager because surly the mistake of Old Navy shipping the customer the wrong shirt wasn’t the customers issue to handle. Nope. According to Kevin the manager I needed to contact customer service. He offered no apologies. Did not show any empathy (could have said I understand this is frustrating and if we could take the shirt back here and handle this locally we would) but he obviously has received zero training in this topic because he kept saying “no problem”. Then he completely walked away from me and shut down the conversation by taking another customer at checkout. He stopped looking at me and went radio silent. I immediately called Old Navy customer service and complained about Kevin and shared the t-shirt issue. He was very nice, apologetic and showed empathy. He wanted me to go return the shirt myself. After that entire experience I said no. I told the rep you can provide a pick up for the item that I already tried to return. So supposedly they’re picking up this T-shirt tomorrow from my home. The most unbelievable aspect of this entire experience is that it was all over an $8 T-shirt.
Worst online retailer
Worst online retailer. First, they shorted me items. When we sent back others, they said there were fewer. Complete rip off.
1 error- maybe a mistake. Now that they didn't even count the returns correct, tells.me there is theft or they are simply ripping off customers.

I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM THAT WOULD BE REVIEWED. BOTH ON THE PHONE AND ON THE FORM I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DON'T WANT A REFUND - I WANT MY ITEMS!!!!! THEY ARE STILL AVAILABLE, BUT AT SUBSTANTIALLY MORE THAN I PAID. GUESS WHAT? THEY ISSUED A REFUND FOR MUCH LESS THAN IT WOULD COST TO REORDER!!! THIS MAY END MY ORDERING FROM OLD NAVY!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID!!!
What’s going on?
What’s going on? I haven’t shopped at old navy since around 2012. I thought i would get my autistic pre teen some clothes that align with her preferences. Old navy used to be known for its affordable cotton clothes and whatever I used to buy there I would wear for years. It used to be comfortable and durable. I am a size 18 and I used to always find cute affordable cotton clothes.
I’m not sure what’s going on with the jeans but my normal-shaped size 12 kid couldn’t even make a size 14 or 16 work and the oversized long sleeve thermal shirt shrank to a crop top after ONE wash.
This brand is not what it used to be. It’s not an apparel store it’s a racket.
Poor quality
Just 2 weeks ago I brought a 3 pack of men's tee shirts. These shirts came small in size and it didnt say that when you checked out online. Also after 2 washes the shirts ripped when I was pulling it down on the side. I do not recommend buying tee shirts from Old Navy at all. They over priced and cut to a smaller size and at JCP you can get a better pack and better quality around same price.

I have been a loyal customer for years . Iam a disabled senior and the website was NOT working when I went to print a return label . They did not even have the courtesy to inform customers so after trying for 4 days I finally phoned . I explained that as a disabled senior I could not get to a courier ( the ONLY alternative they would give me ) , so I asked for an extension . I was refused .
I am stuck with a purchase of $65.00 that is too big for me . I wrote to head office and they again DID not respond so if you have a problem you are out of luck with old navy . The tv show already pointed out that old navy ‘s sale prices are really regular prices……more reason NOT to buy OLD NAVY .
Missing item, no accountability.
I ordered 5 items (1 for me and 3 for my kids) and only received 4. When I went in to order status and checked missing item, they said they review it and get back to me. The next day I received an email saying that the claim is denied. Now I will return what they sent, contact my bank to dispute the $12-ish for missing item and NEVER shop at Old Navy or Gap again. I guess the $2 it cost to make the item isn’t worth keeping a customer.

My husband and I were at Old Navy's Newmarket location looking for items for our granddaughter's birthday. We met Madison, who was quick to help us find the items. She was courteous, had excellent customer skills, and went beyond her call of duty. We want to commend her for her diligence. It is rare to find someone with these sales skills.
Did an in store return
Did an in store return. Took 4 times ringing up items . Cashier kept asking me if I paid with the same credit card . I kept telling her I paid online with my debit card.
She finally called a manager to help her .
Now they’re telling me the refund will take 10-15 business days to reflect on my account . Interesting how there quick to take the payment yet slow to issue a refund .
