Still do not have delivery. Your carriers Ap was not working. They were not answering their phone during weekend and depot opening times are not on their website. Hope I can collect parcel which is 12 mikes away before they return it. Suggest you get a better carrier

Everything was delivered on time and as expected. A very easy company to work with, not all online bathroom companies are.

I have ordered a number of bathroom items from Old Fashioned Bathrooms and have always been extremely happy with the service they offer. I had an urgent order which they expedited for me.

I was very pleased to find a beautiful solid wood toilet seat given that most are plastic coated MDF. And the fittings are stainless steel too. It also has soft close and push button removal. The packaging was brilliant to ensure that it arrived undamaged and the delivery was quick.

We placed an order in October 2021 to take advantage of a flash sale on Burlington products. From start to finish the customer service I've received has been nothing short of exceptional. Our sales person, Emily guided us through the process. I indicated which items I was looking to purchase, and she popped together an itemised document with all of the matching items in the suite so we could pick and choose exactly what we wanted. She patiently answered all our queries on which style of toilet to go for as we ordered before finding a plumber and were a little lost!

They then held our bathroom for us at their warehouse till May 2022 (it took us this long to find a plumber!) During this period, Emily checked in with us to see how the search was going and if we needed anything else.

The bathroom itself arrived carefully packaged, with an invoice on top of the package with a few hand written scribbles. Importantly, this showed that someone had carefully gone through our entire order and ticked off everything as they double checked. Not one item was missing or wrong, considering we ordered a lot!

We had our bathtub painted by Old Fashioned Bathrooms too, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.

I would just like to say thank you. I purchased a Waldorf toilet from you yesterday. From ringing to check availability with a very pleasant and efficient Emily, to the personal and professional service from Paul.

This is the second time I have purchased toilet systems from this company. Their commitment to customer service and details is outstanding. No problems encountered, I even returned item due to not matching colour. The return and delivery went smoothly and all questions , help, provided. (Even emails checking up to see how things were going). Frankly, I would not choose to go anywhere else. So thank you to all concerned with my orders . Excellent company.

We were replacing a toilet to match the rest of an existing set and fit in a small space. The tech team at Old-Fashioned bathrooms were really helpful with answering questions, finding dimensions and explaining the options.
The toilet set was available on another internet site a bit cheaper but OFB price-matched it for us too! Delivery was quick and the driver was lovely.

Refused to refund an expensive returned loo seat, even though it was as new and had never been installed. I had removed cellophane to judge the colour better but this was not cited in their returns policy as a reason for refusal. Offered to pay cost of repackaging but still refused.

We bought a full floral patterned bathroom and opted for Nickel plate rather than chrome.

Given the cost, we expected better and problems experienced were:

1) The soldered joints on the shower riser pipe were defective and it leaked, badly. Replaced by OFB immediately and the cost of the plumber paid.
2) the toilet set soft-close hinges became defective after around 3 months. Replaced by OFB.
3) ALL of the tap handles were loose - they had mot been tightened at the factory
4) The tap valve spindles are loose making the loose handle issue even worse
An email response by OFB received to 3) & 4).
5) Latest problem is the nickel plating on the taps which are showing what look like watermarks but cannot be polished out. I haven't informed OFB yet - they are V. difficult to photo but will send video in due course.

All in all, we are dissapointed and would not buy from OFB again.

Re polishing nickel plate:

I run vintage cars which have nickel plating so know a bit about it. We use only a damp cloth fror polishing so the plating is at fault & NOT our traetrment of it,

OFB have offered to look into it but rather than having to source yet another plumber who would need to pull the bathroom to bits to change various taps etc, we just want some peace and intend to put it down to experience, draw a veil over the whole sorry mess and learn to live with it.

Many thanks to Emily and the team for all the help and advice. After visiting OFB and getting some good ideas, we ordered a cistern and (complicated) flush pipe, but were assured that if the pipe didn't work, we'd get a refund. That was back in August. We finally got round to checking it with a plumber (recommended by OFB) who informed us that unfortunately it wouldn't fit. True to their word, even after 6 months, they promptly refunded the whole cost. Highly recommended.
