My SO ordered a product ($174) from these thieves. They sent several e-mails like "order accepted" "order being processed" "order sent" and "order delivered", BUT the package was empty. When... See more

They tried to take the money twice on…
They tried to take the money twice on the same day, luckily the bank stopped it and I had to cancel my card.
Not received the serum yet so don't know if it makes wrinkles disappear but it tries to make money disappear!
Absolute rubbish product
I purchased 2 bottles of this Olavita serum 6 weeks ago and there has been absolutely no change in any lines on my face. Total con. Don't believe these so called women who were transformed within weeks!
If the seller starts including stories… t
If the seller starts including stories about a photographer mistaking the brides grandmother for the mum red flag alert! If it's sounds to good to be true it is... Really hope no more people are scammed

Absolutely fuming..😡😡 went to buy some serums as i saw advert for it and thought id give it a try, but whilst the order was processing, they wouldn't proceed with what I wanted to buy and forced me to get upgrade after upgrade and buy more products which I didn't even want, i was stuck and I couldn't go back because they said it would put multiple charges on my card, so when it totalled up at the end it came to over £250 !!! They literally took all my money and that was for baby milk and diapers, Plus they added 3 expensive subscriptions that i didnt know about and didn't want either..😡😡😡 had to phone my bank and block my card immediately.. this so called company needs reporting and stopping..and report it as unauthorised payments. What an absolute SCAM !!!!!!!!!!
False advertising
I brought three bags and am very disappointed. First, it does not taste like peaches, second I still have bloating, three, I have not lost any weight. I will not be recommending this product to anyone.
Facial massager malfunctioned quickly!
I placed an order on their website and received 5 confirmation emails over the subsequent 13 hours. The order was processed through Amazon. The facial massager malfunctioned on the 3rd or 4th treatment, each of which lasted no longer than 5 minutes. So, the product worked for 20 minutes max. I emailed support on 8/1 explained the situation, requested return instructions and a full refund. No reply. Sent again on 8/6. No reply. In the 3rd send on 8/8, I said that if they didn't reply that day, I would do what I'm doing at this moment. Received this reply from Outlook - "Undeliverable." Next step, filing a dispute. BTW, since making this purchase, I've seen Olavita products on Amazon at significantly lower prices.
They work
Great price, no fuss sensible advice/instructions and they work
Misleading advertising
I have never used it but would NEVER buy from an advert that is misleading. Advert starts TESCO shoppers say product is "actually worth it" as if TESCO sell it . As you read the advert , TESCO IS NEVER mentioned. It is a way of enticing potential customers by using a large supermarket name. Tesco can't do anything about it as the advert states "Tesco shoppers" not "supplied by Tesco". Crafty advertising technique.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried only once to use this product. It's very sticky and leaves skin feeling dry. I didn't like it at all and wanted to return it. I called, talked to Customer Service. They said the company would send an email for return instructions. Never received email. I emailed them several times and called several times and left messages. Nothing.
Rip off to the max
Rip off to the max! Doubled my order.... right as the charge went through...no way to go back and cancel what they added. Impressive ads for the product but it is another Chinese outfit out to cheat women. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Brought me out in a rash
To put it simply, it dried my skin and brought me out in a rash. Stopped using it for weeks then tried again and within in one use the same happened. I have no problems with any other serum brands
Never received the order
Never received the order. SCAM. Kept my $50. Didn't even offer to replace ot refund my money. Becareful what you wish for.
So glad I did not get sucked in with…
So glad I did not get sucked in with wrinkle cream. What a scam. I got scammed by clip on teeth from RYNX though, which looked like white plaster across my teeth. I am still waiting for my refund. So now I make sure I read the reviews.
Why ?
Why ?? WHY??? Why CAN’T companies like this be shut down? They are lying to us all. Take our money and they know it will not improve skin or whatever they are selling . It is a big scam today to advertise misleading information and make big bucks from us all that trust people. I feel like I can not trust anything. Between all the health scams and AI impersonation.
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, they advertised on their website that they refund, even an empty bottle, which I have proof of, after trying for 4 weeks and absolutely no results, I tried to return, only to be stuffed around, they denied the refund and refunded 20%, cost not freight.ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
If there was a zero i would choose that…
If there was a zero i would choose that rating. This product is rubbish. Do not buy anything from Olavita. Scammers. Liars. Incompetent.
I trust TRUSTPILOT- reviews were awful -so I did not fall for the scam.
I was so tempted to buy the Olavita Liquid Solution. But I thought it was a scam.
I read the reviews on Trustpilot.
I saved £100s - by trusting the reviews that said it was a scam and they all lost money.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I ordered their product months ago, never received anything, still waiting for my money back. DISGUSTING!
I'm a Trustpilot fan
I'm a Trustpilot fan. The reviewers never get it wrong I had a feeling Olavita was a scam and it is, only Yvonne Serrano in California gives it 5 stars I reckon she's probably a scam!
