There is no option for a zero-star…

There is no option for a zero-star rating, otherwise I would have given that. This is the worst app ever. It forces us to bargain with auto drivers and even suggests doing so before starting the ride. I booked a ride that showed ₹145 at the time of booking, but later the fare was shown as ₹262 under 'preferred fees'—something I was neither informed about by Ola nor by the driver before the ride began. If I had known the fare was this high, I would never have accepted the ride.

App is very bad, customer service is not helpful

App is very bad, it adds some wrong area name in complete address, which cannot be changed in between and if you rewrite address the time and price will increase almost double. This happened with me 2nd time. Coustomer service will not support or cut the phone in between.

I booked a ride for my parents using…

I booked a ride for my parents using Ola app .Initially it is payment by cash but I changed it to postpaid as I thought it is safe for my parents .In the middle of ride the driver started arguing with my parents and demanded cash only and he told that he would receive money from ola after 7 days and he didn't have any cash.So after completion of their ride they paid the amount(actually Rs.50/- extra as their are no small notes. But this ola people are torturing me to paid the postpaid also with fine. It is very very bad experience from Ola

Unsafe way to travel for women

Unsafe way to travel for women.
Had a horrid experience with the cab driver who started intimidating and abusing because I did not have exact change in cash. He forced me to pay to another unknown number and started threatening and misbehaving. On reporting the security issue to Ola on the app, the issue was marked resolved instantly. No call from Ola to check if I was secure, not even the care to enquire on the issue. Strongly advise elderly people and women to refrain from using this cab service.

Very Bad drivers

Very Bad drivers. Arrogant, rude behaving, taking extra toll charges even if it is included in invoices and dropping the customer midway. No action taken by Ola after filing a complaint.

Inter city trip wasn't good

We took the trip from Chennai to Bangalore and though the car was on time the driver was certainly not doing his job well. He would switch off the air-conditioning several times saying the car was climbing up a hill. Then at several times he would drive very slow. He was also continuously talking on the phone on several occasions but worst of all he charged us extra for toll charges to his personal account apart from the final bill. When we contacted the company they replied saying toll and other charges were extra. This was not the case when I took another intercity cab service a month later. Not a nice experience and I certainly would not recommend.
