Appear to be very well made pans, initial use has left a positive impression on us.
The knife is excellent, quality in every component.
A great product and delivered on time. A proud addition to my kitchen.
Although I love the idea of non polluting cookwear, I am a bit disappointed with the non stick claims made. That said, I enjoy using the pan as often as I can.
I love my new Okura Frypan, I love that it is so easy to clean and to cook with. My only regret is that I wish the high sided frypans were a bit bigger but everything else is excellent.
Works well. Surprised it was made in China when the advertising says it’s Japanese.
Shipping was slow but pan arrived ok. I was surprised that I had to assemble it myself but it was simple. Do I think the pan is worth the money even with supposed discount? No. It’s ok but information about composition and care needs to be clear, obvious and honest. Similarly, it is implied the pans are made in Japan which is not the case. None of this inspires trust.
My pans arrived in a few weeks, that's pretty good for down here in AUS. easy to put together, i love the lightweight good heat distribution and wipe clean every time.
So far, they are doing all they said they would. I would have no problem recommending these
The cutting board has lots of sharp edges inside seam.
Frying pan heats up real fast and food did stick. But easy to clean. Just a matter of getting use to it.
I also thought and for the price that they were made in Japan, disappointed they’re not (Japanese inspired doesn’t cut it) and I absolutely doubt the hand hammered claim that the advert eluded to! Overall I like the pan but it’s expensive for Chinese mass produced rather than hand made in Japan. Feel a bit conned.
Best cookware I’ve ever purchased. Bought numerous cookware with different brands from Europe but your pans top them all.
Ordered 2 x titanium cutting boards and one large sauté pan. Order arrived within about two weeks. Customer service responded to my question within 24hrs. So far have been happy with all products.
Delivery took a while but I’m in NZ which is a long way from the source. Pan arrived well packaged and undamaged .. so far so good. No instructions in the box on correct way to assemble the lid.. sounds like a simple task, but there are several small parts and numerous ways they could go together. I’m still unsure if I got it right. The pan itself looks good quality but much lighter than I thought. Heats up real quick and cooks well. It’s a little sticky unless some oil is added and I’ve found it hard to clean. I’m about 75% happy so far, but it’s early days and the more I use it, the better I’m getting at understanding how to use it.
It’s great that the pans are reported to be completely titanium, which is reassuring in this day and age of PFAS concerns. Delivery was easy and the pans arrived well packaged, took a little while to arrive down here in New Zealand. I’m having to learn to cook differently with these pans, as I often get food sticking. Overall good quality, if a little expensive, but I guess that’s because it’s titanium. Overall satisfied.
Works good after seasoned once. Will use low heat for first couple of times to then deep fry with chicken fat. Lid is nice touch! Aloha!
The review is for the buying experience. The pans are for a present, so I cannot comment on the quality of the pans. They look good though.
Came in late and cooked good but scar the first time I used it and change color the first time and does stick to the pan even with oil or butter. But at least I know I’m not getting any metal or epas in or on my food
I knew that the pan was being shipped from Japan so didn't expect instant delivery. What was very pleasing was an early address check by the company, just to make sure.
The manufactured quality of the pan is as described, and it cooks and cleans beautifully. Highly recommended.
The pan I bought is great. Very easy to clean and heats evenly. Everything they said it was. My only complaint is it took 16 days from ordered to arrival. That's too long...
