Oktav were contracted to remove existing pebbledash on external walls of bungalow. Then apply sand/cement render.
After two attempts, the team clearly had limited or no experience of this type of work. Lucian also agreed that the workmanship was substandard and that he would repay me the money I paid him for the work.
However, after more than a year of false promises, he is now ignoring my calls and emails.
In my view, he is untrustworthy and should not be running a business. His workmanship is poor and he has no compunction to resolve any issues.
